Here's my heartfelt review of Magic World.
Back in early March when we saw the ad campaign so attractive we decided to make a Reservation for this summer with premium UTI+ in a suite at a very competitive price. When the complex opened in June the networks were filled with criticism and bad atmosphere with this complex. And for fear of what we might find I canceled my Reservation on an impulse. After the days I regretted it and tried to rehire the package I had with the conditions I had and it was not possible. But I hired a lower one because I decided I wanted to create an image myself and risk it even if I had lost privileges. We arrived on the 21st with great desire and enthusiasm, before 11 we were here and we could enjoy the services of the splash from minute 1, the pools and chiringuitos.
The splash for us is great, you can enjoy the little ones and the not so little ones. We highlight the Aquagym classes of Joseph and John. The service in the bars is a little slow, but it is true that they are starting and people are very demanding.
The hotel games for us and according to our tastes is the best. The room is completely renovated and we love it, the bathroom is not, but it is in good condition and has a bathtub and shower (not all hotels can say the same).
The roommate on the 4th floor who has cleaned room 405 from 21 to 24 for me a woman of 10, lovely, friendly and always willing to help with a smile. With people like this everything is easier, they give prestige to our businesses.
We also met at reception on the day of our arrival with what I think was the director and was a very friendly and helpful gentleman.
The hotel buffet as well as all buffets lol. Some days you like things and others less. But there are always meat, fish, vegetables, pasta, potatoes, multiple desserts,... and the drinks you refill are top brands and not watered. Today for example there was no red velvet cake left and I was told by a waiter to ask the chef who was next door, because I asked him and the gentleman was very kind and he brought out a new cake in 2 minutes. Most of the workers I have crossed words with are wonderful and helpful. We have also witnessed bad ways and impositions but by customers. Sometimes we believe that to pay we have the right not to have education...
From Polynesia, Playzone, THALASSO,... I can't talk to you since they didn't fit into my new package, so again it will be.
It is true that there are things to polish and give them a face wash but we must understand that they are starting and that they are offering a very good service at a very competitive price. We leave tomorrow with all our sorrow. But with the illusion that we have booked for next year already if with suite and all the extras. Live the experiences for your eyes and not for those of others.

For out of season a very busy and pleasant hotel. A lot of the facilities were closed, but had a great room with gaming.
Complimentary mini fridge topped up each day. One day no towels or water was left with a note saying it was too messy to clean??? But we kept it really tidy.
Buffet was good with a wide variety of foods.local restaurants were closed but sushi opened one night so we visited €20 per head all you can eat which I thought was good. Not worth booking premium as nothing open.
Pool was good with great slides, even for teenagers and plenty of new sun beds to choose.
5 mins from train to get to Valencia in 1.5hrs approx.
Good value for money.

It is true that children have a great time with the variety of slides that are there for them. But for adults animation 0. As for gastronomy, it is passable, except for desserts that are lousy.
But my title goes, because it is unacceptable that in my room there was no Playstation and that the air conditioning dropped water, flooding the entrance. They were supposed to fix it 24 hours after warning but it kept going (we had to put the bin in, with the consequent noise). Another fault is that the light at the entrance to the room takes a long time to turn off and as I moved in bed it turned back on (because it is sensor).
Finally, and what I am most pissed about, is that on the 14th we had a visit to the Sport hotel and the pool had an unbearable smell of some cleaning product type “bleach” (not chlorine). Actually, then it was closed for a few hours. That same day, my cousin’s swimsuit lost all its color and the next day my aunt realized how my bracelets had been left (I didn’t realize because they are part of me and I don’t dwell on them). Bracelets that have been with me for more than 10 years and that I never take off (even for my daughter’s communion that was this year, even if they were not with the “look”). I have bathed in several beaches, lagoons, swimming pools .. during these years and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Of course the smell of “bleach” was insufferable. I attach photo and assure you that I will not waste my time here, if I was not sure that it was the fault of the pool and more than my cousin's swimsuit was practically instantaneous when leaving the pool.

The worst experience of my life. Just getting to the room I realized where we'd gotten into. Rusty and dirty shower, TV didn't work, the x box controller didn't either. I thought it couldn't get any worse... the buffet sucks, dirty plates and glasses, cold food and a chef who was blowing his snot with his hand, come on suck. At the pool bars 1 hour queue, me and my husband would buy the drink in the tent when we came in not to queue 1 hour. The incredibly ill-mannered staff gave you nothing to ask. The amusement park looked like 50 years ago, a danger I would say why there is no more to see to see the state of the attractions. Ah by the way to me there was a day that my room was not cleaned and instead of apologizing the governor said that we put q not to clean it, total lie why that charges me cleaning. Even on two occasions I went to talk to the customer service guy and he solved absolutely nothing, good if they left us 5 chocolates in the room. This kid told me that on the day of departure, I'd go find him and make up for everything that happened. So we did, we went to reception and they told us that he would be right out, half an hour later we left without even deigning to leave. In short if you are thinking of going don't do it and if you can still cancel the Reservation do it and save yourself the worst vacation of your life

Good morning I will start with the good things of this weekend of Saint John.
The buffet is quite acceptable throwing at quite good
All inclusive very good quality drinks
Very comfortable and comfortable room
The bad
They don't give you the hahab until 16h you can't have guests lying with bags at reception or as in my case leave the bag in the trunk and go for a walk we'll let you know
2 the amusement park 20 euros per adult and 10 children very expensive for attractions q there
Very dirty streets and broken sidewalks with many remains of the broken Dor marina
In short I would go again? maybe if but as long as they improve what is wrong and not baited price pk for example in Magic Robin hog of Benidorm are 3000 euros in August and not worth even for a bet
So if they continue with normal price and work to lift it they will succeed if they swing in prices this N doomed to close

Was an okay holiday, we saw the sun so were happy! We went out of season and EVERYWHERE was closed.
They don't make it clear you need to upgrade £300 for ultra AI to use other hotels and all the restaurants. Wouldn't have been worth it for us as no where was open anyway.

Pictures don't show the truth. No VR headsets or gaming available at the actual hotel apart from 2 retro machines in the entrance hall. You have to book at another hotel on the complex for the experience of Vrs. You do get a console in your room tho.
Very limited English speaking staff. The lady in the shop by reception was rude and very anti children!!

If you are able bodied and can walk well then you can get around the other hotels to do thing during season, if not there isn't much to do.

We went as a group of 12- ages ranging from 1-65 years old.
Very limited for the younger children. There is a splash park opposite but Very slippery floors and lots of ppl falling over. There is a very small carpeted area on the 2nd floor with a couple of pieces of soft play, but only staffed for 2 hours a day, kids have to be 3 plus to use and the staff were more busy entertaining themselves rather than the children.

No entertainment on site at all at this particular hotel, Day or night. Again the entertainment at night is at a different hotel and appeared more like a wake than entertainment.

The hotel says they have a pool, gym and spa on site....they don't! They are all closed and the nearest gym is at another hotel, but again depending on the staff on at the time, you can't use unless you have paid to upgrade.

The hotel restaurant is an off set up. If your English or a family your only allowed in one part of the restaurant, the other half is for 'old Spanish people' as we were told when we tried to enter. Looked much more fancy than the area we were allowed in.

At least 4 times whilst we were there one of the lifts broke with people inside it.

In terms of our room it was okay. A bit small and limited space to put things. One wardrobe for 4 people.
The shower dripped the whole time we were there which was annoying.

The rooms seem random in terms of some have a kettle some don't. Some have bins in some don't.

The cleaners were good and the rooms were always cleaned daily, however the neon light in the room wasn't great as it just showed the stains on the bedding 🤢
The light as you walked through the door was really annoying! Was motion sensor so was on and off all the time.

We booked taxis to take us to the main town area to look round.... one taxi took 4 of us at a time as apparently there was only one taxi available in the area!! Then getting back we had to walk as no one could help us book a return taxi and the taxi guy didn't understand any English didn't listen to Google translate either!

As I said an alright holiday we had plenty of sun which was good but I don't think I would return and the 8 children that came with us also said they wouldn't want to go back.

Lack of cleaning in sheets and common areas.
Very repetitive buffet with little variety and improveable qualities, Cleanliness scarce , unhygienic and dirty plastic placemats.
Best buffet at the Sport hotel.
All inclusive that only have to eat between hours bag potatoes or kikos and leftover buffets.
Reception understaffed and with different information, bad information.
Lack of staff in all departments cleaning, buffet, reception.
Space play zone game with Xbox machines, some play and some car simulator, I had imagined better expectations.
It is not possible to book different restaurant if you go less than 4 nights.
You must go with reservations made from home because there they tell you that everything is occupied.
Thank you to the workers for their kindness, and involvement and effort to solve things, although they have them in very improved working conditions.
Hotel garage price 14€ and can be parked on the street all day for 3.20€ or in free areas.
Gym to throw.
He should be downgraded.

Up to 3 rooms we had to spend in 4 nights. I’ve tired of waiting and wasted time at reception, in which other customers felt like it. Those responsible did not come forward until there was no signed complaint. While you shower, you drop water from the neighbor upstairs, minibars that do not go because the plugs do not have electricity. Your solution is to put a strip and coffee maker on the floor. Toilet not working tank. Blackout curtains in rooms that cannot be opened. The safes close and no longer open, they had to take it apart. Virtual reality glasses, ha, that if the stars have aligned in your favor... Depending on whether you’re premium or not, if you don’t arrive at the buffet first thing, you may already have the remains.
In my review, this hotel is not prepared to open to the public, but when you get there they have already kept your money.
In the end and after requesting the claim, the hotel does not return part of the money of my Reservation, it offers me a bonus, to spend on Magic hotels... so if you accept, nobody knows and everything is at home... yes, only if you do not file a claim... they have not had that luck.

We were married to a 6-year-old girl, we were going with low expectations for the opinions of other people on another social network...what we found???
- The room clean, with an Xbox, a lovely terrace, the bathroom clean too, the beds quite comfortable (although the extra quite soft).
-The super friendly cleaning staff, as I didn't need to be made the room sometimes went out to the hallway to ask for towels, or water to replenish in the minibar (which is included) and always attended me with a smile.
-The buffet, I do not understand that people complain of little variety, it will be because what there is they do not like, because it is rare, they have several meats, fish , spoon dishes, vegetables, salads, etc... to breakfast the same, you have bread to make it toast, jam, cold meat, quince, Mini Neapolitans, minicroisants, cereals, yogurts, fruit....
Very friendly reception girls too.
-Wonderful Splash Water Park!!! 2 days of the week (there was more, but I didn’t realize it) we did aquagym with John as coach, I had a good time pipe and I got down breakfast very quickly lol. Another day there was water play, there was a flip-flop contest... come on, you don't get bored. Great slides, really, for both little ones and old ones...
-The reservations I made at the Flama arrocería and the Brisa di Mari were wonderful too.
-Yes, the only thing I did not like very much was the Polynesian water park, if you go with very young children because yes, we went with my 6-year-old daughter and there she was bored (it is for younger children).
-The Magic Land amusement park... well, if it is included because it is not bad to spend there a couple of hours, but I would not pay to go there, it is almost like the fairground attractions of any town, you do not miss much if it is not included.
The Aloha beach club is great!! And animators, magicians, mentalists, pets, dancers....all wonderful, it's a blast!!!!
In short, for me, all great, my daughter did not want to return, she wanted to stay more days, and the truth that I would stay too.
It was a wonderful holiday!!! And that I only told half of the things, everything was great, thank you all very much, we would repeat without hesitation.

There are a lot of elements to a holiday here.
Don't expect too much but there are lots of good points.
Firstly upgrade to the ultra all inclusive or it's very basic
We paid £342 for 2 adults 5 kids.
If you don't book ultra you carnt use the facilities, the hotel only has a small pool in the shade and a baby pool which was closed down while we were there because it's in a bad state, my daughter and another little girl cut them self on the broken tiles at the bottom .
There is a water park at the sister hotel, this is really good
The food is aimed predominantly at Spanish
guests, however we always found something.
The food is actually cold sometimes so watch out for this.
The beach is only a few minutes walk , it's a nice beach and pretty quiet.
I also have to point out, although it's Spain, it's very predominantly Spanish tourists and very little English is spoken by staff.
As we were ultra all inclusive we used the burger bites , it's ok. The other restaurant is a grill, this was really disappointing as I thought being a grill we would get steak but it's a set menu with veal for main.
The rooms have Xbox in with some limited games and the rooms are very small.
The game place is ok, you again have to book ultra to use it and only get 50 minutes in there.
The characters are good and interact well with children.
If you are ulta all inclusive you have use of the small theme park, this is pretty good but please be aware there are literally 1000s and 1000s of mosquitoes there! Take repellent or you will get bit!
There's no evening entertainment which was disappointing but all in all an ok holiday. Wouldn't ever return.
Highlight was the water park for the kids.
