, neither swept, nor scrubbed the rooms, but the staff from Friday to Sunday q made the rooms and common areas of the floors at least in mine exceptional. The staff in the bars of the hotel, according to the shift they didn't even know the drinks they had, you asked them for something and they told you I don't know if I have it I'll look, sorry
The room was perfect, no damage in our case. Daily cleaning, although it was missed that one day they scrubbed the floor of the sink for example.
We checked in at 16:30 and it was very quick, we requested the cards for the glasses and direct to leave the bags. Of course, we wanted to park the electric car in the parking lot and we got a little dizzy: now you see the spa and the spa that if we brought authorization from the Fantasy... we still do not take more than fifteen minutes.
The fantastic splash, the mini club too, the buffet in general well; quite a variety and if you do not go to rush hour there are no queues.
The themes super good. The fact that you can leave the buffet a little bit, that going every day gets a little monotonous, is great.
We did not like sports, we saw it too crowded, and perhaps aimed at a more teenage audience, instead Polynesian we have visited almost daily and the little girl has loved it.
To improve would highlight magic land, or mosquito land. The attractions are neglected and you need a face wash. It would also change the night shows of the Aloha (which by the way the installation itself loved). Repetitive shows and we think they are not of a quality that corresponds to the Magic chain, here if they should make changes. We enjoyed the Enchanted Garden show much more than the late night shows for example. And another point that we believe must improve is the smell of reception. I don't know if it's because I have the Williams bar right next door, but the smell of entering/exiting the hotel... impossible to describe in words.
But taking away these negative points the experience of being able to spend a week in a āholiday cityā has exceeded our expectations. We were afraid because of the opinions read and the truth that our general note is a remarkable one. Price quality very well, so if you keep working on improving it we will repeat next year. I forgot! The luxury rooftop bar!
They just cheat, the air didn't work anymore, however much they say that before giving a room they check it thoroughly, they gave us a room that was not in condition and they knew it, still they don't care, what they want is to fill and pay. Itās easy to tell when you see that the wood under the air is lifted from how wet it is from previous times...
When we wanted to make the claim they told us that we will first contact loyalty that they would compensate us for everything we had been through, and the compensation is a small discount if we re-contract holidays with them, it has been the worst holiday of my life and they want us to repay them??? Now I donāt even answer loyalty emails, I guess they are saturated with so much claim, because in those days we were there, morning and night we saw someone who put a claim....
The food is nothing varied, every day the same for breakfast, the same for eating and the same for dinner and the queues for going to eat are the worst...
The parks are old and not very clean... some children's water slides were half loose.
I don't recommend it at all, certainly to everyone who asks me I tell them not to spend the money and to go somewhere else...
Hygiene quite poor in the room, the first 3 days we arrived at the room about 14:00h and had not passed yet, therefore 3 days the room unmade. We put the children to nap and I had to go out and please ask the cleaner to lower her voice, as she was yelling at the cleaners giving them orders from the hallway.
The splash pool bar ran out of hamburger bread the first day straight away, another day the soft potatoes. Hall bar water machine all week without running.
At the reception of the hotel I was told that in Polynesia there was towel service and it turned out not, surprise to get there. The Polynesian sandwiches are over right away. Polynesian many slides with rust or water jets that do not work.
The outdoor spa has a series of bubble pools on the top floor that does not work any bubbles from any pool.
Magic land if you donāt go with children over 1.20m isnāt worth going, which it doesnāt specify anywhere either.
The appweb fails a lot to make reservations.
The buffet had no air conditioning so lunch and dinner time has been extremely hot. There were no signs in the food so half of the things you didn't even know what it was, asking employees most of the time they didn't know either.
During our stay, we found biological remains and hairs of previous tenants in our room. Despite warning hotel staff three times, the hairs were still not cleaned. This is unacceptable and seriously unhygienic.
Remaining cigar butts and cocks on the terrace.
# Poor room service:
Beds are not made daily, which is a basic service expected in any hotel.
Sheets in the babyās crib are not changed, which is especially worrying since hygiene is crucial for the health of the little ones.
# Infrastructure issues:
The first day of our stay we found a leak in the bathroom. This incident happened at 20:00h and from the hotel address we were informed that the leak would be repaired. However, we had to insist several times and flatly that it was a danger, as the bathroom was flooded, it was very late and my babies had to shower and have dinner. After getting our rooms changed despite the reluctance of the hotel management, no one helped us with moving bags, even transporting the cot that the hotel made available for our youngest baby.
Rooms are dwarfs, much smaller than they appear in hotel advertising on the internet or social media, a hoax.
The automatic revolving access door to the hotel has not worked throughout our stay, making it difficult to access with baby carriages and people with reduced mobility. There is only a small pedestrian gate through which you have to pass one at a time, which is very uncomfortable and inaccessible.
Noises from constant repair works or new installation, as the hotel was "half done"... made it difficult to rest guests.
Windows removed unmonitored and unmeasured, with danger of falling children from a 7th floor, as they were a few inches above the ground.
#Deficiencies in buffet service:
There are no signs in the buffet to identify the meals, which creates confusion and makes food choices difficult.
A list of allergens is not provided, which is extremely dangerous for people with food allergies. This lack of information could have serious consequences for the health of guests.
#Lack of air conditioning in the living room and other rooms:
The living room and other areas of the hotel lack air conditioning, resulting in an extremely hot and unbearable environment for both guests and staff working in it. This situation is especially worrying for young children and babies, who are more vulnerable to high temperatures.
The buffet offers a variety of options, but what really delighted our children was the chocolate fountain. They couldn't wait to go to the buffet every day just to try it. The attention to detail for the little ones is remarkable, making this hotel a truly family-friendly place.
The rooms are very comfortable and comfortable. We loved being able to leave the kids at the playground, where they had a great time with the cheerleaders. In addition, the playhouse was very well equipped: with music, drawing activities, and a spacious and air-conditioned space where children could socialize and interact with each other. This allowed us to make friends with other parents who also left their children there, which further enriched our experience.
The hotel is practically on the beach, which facilitates access to the sea, and the pools are really impressive. Another positive point is the possibility to visit other hotels in the chain, enjoying its swimming pools and food. We especially loved dining at restaurants like Umiyama and La Flama. In addition, the Ride was a memorable experience for the whole family.
The hotel staff was always very nice and willing to do everything possible to make us comfortable, offering quick and effective solutions when we needed them. In the evenings, when the children fell asleep or enjoyed themselves in the playground, we could relax on the Rooftop terrace, with breathtaking views and delicious cocktails.
In conclusion, our stay at Magic Fantasy has been wonderful. The most important thing is that our children enjoyed very much, and that is thanks to the excellent work of all the staff and the hotel director.
We went with Ultra All Inclusive, it was not a cheap stay, but from the pictures it seemed worth it. Now I realize that they hire Instagrammers to talk about the hotel, because otherwise it is impossible
The hotel has many shortcomings, they have given it a hand of paint and put themed stickers, but they have not remodeled more deeply. They have made a Low Cost pinton change to get as much pasta as possible...but I dropped the closet door and the board that made the table in a week.
Buffet: without putting the name of the meals, either allergens or talk. You asked the cooks and they didn't even know what they were putting in because many don't speak Spanish well...
Very low quality food, that is the kebab every day. That wasn't missing.
When something ran out you had to ask for it and wait a while... they almost put it on when you left...
Have dessert with a spoon... a utopia, because there was...
I think it's very good that they want to open the hotel in those conditions and with that disorganization, but you won't charge as an all-inclusive super hotel because that's called ROBBERY
Another thing that I thought was amazing is that paying for a paste in the POLYNESIA water park could not put me in blue hammocks, when they are 90% of those available. With Ultra included we could only in gray hammocks that did not lie completely and above almost all in the sun...going with young children....
Of course, I will never return again and I do not recommend it for the price that has to be paid currently
