Our experience in Oropesa del Mar, specifically in Valparaiso Costa Azahar apartments, was terrible, we traveled together with two friends and our dog. In the ad it didn't say anything about charging 30 for a supplement or 30 for cleaning. He tells us 3 days before going there. Nor does it warn us about the damage we found when we arrived: a broken television, a broken toilet paper holder, a broken toilet bowl that we decided to remove for our own safety... a broken and rusty clothesline that was falling. He told us that he would leave us towels to get out of the shower and that was not the case. In 6 days despite this we did not bother him at all. Instead of entering at 12, we entered at 6:00 p.m. because he was delivering other keys to other apartments on the other side of Marina Dor.
On the day of departure we left at 4 pm due to the delay on the day of arrival, he asked us to wash his own sheets and we handed them to him. He went up to collect the keys, and saw that the apartment was super clean even though we told him everything we cleaned and he saw it as perfect. When we left, he sent us an audio and told us that it is not perfect as he expected, that he found 20 dog hairs in a bed, when we told him that we brought our own sheets and our own sofa cover and that our dog had slept in our pillowcase never in the beds. He ridiculed us with our jobs as cleaners because his apartment was not as perfect as he wanted. He did not sign the contract for us at any time...... and to date he has not returned the 30 euro deposit to us because we have not broken anything. So this person is not trustworthy and is not clear. Please don't travel with him, he doesn't deserve it to laugh at people like that.

There are many more destinations and many more charming people willing to accept us and our little one without deceiving us.....
