Good hotel on the beachfront. Recently renovated, it has a panoramic elevator and two interiors so you don't have to wait, except during dining times. Spacious rooms with free safe and refrigerator, electric blackout blinds and manual curtains, terrace with furniture and small clothesline, large flat-screen TV with table and chairs. Very correct cleaning. Blanket and pillows to change. Large and clean bathroom. The bed was extra large and very comfortable, as well as the pillows. The thick towels.
Breakfast service very varied and constantly replenished. A lot of variety, both cold and hot, pastries, sausages, fruits, etc... We only had the option of breakfast, due to the price difference and the date we should have taken at least half board.
Access to common areas is by card. The pool is small but with many sun loungers and parasols and beautiful views of the sea. Being a hotel preferably for adults, there were no children when I was in the pool, so it is quite quiet. They have a terrace bar so you can have a beer in the sun.

Close to bars and restaurants, it's a shame that in October almost everything nearby was closed. The live music that the hotel offers in the cafeteria at night while you taste one of the cocktails they prepare is appreciated.

The beach is sandy although it has some areas with large, round stones. Calm water. Good family area.

I would repeat the hotel, but the area, perhaps due to the date, is too quiet.

The Servigroup Koral Beach Hotel is excellent in everything. This weekend my family and I enjoyed our stay. The facilities are spacious, current, modern and stylish. The hotel is completely renovated.

Location: The Koral hotel is located on the beachfront, but on a real front line. You leave the main door of the hotel and you already have the sand and the sea at your feet. The best thing is that it is located in a perfect point to walk the promenade, take a good swim, visit Oropesa and many other places of interest in the area.

Hotel: The hotel has a fascinating design, all the rooms have views of the sea and the beach, the hallways are also exterior, from the hallways on each floor you feel like you are on a cruise ship, because you see a large window in the background and the sea. The experience is wonderful. The hall is spacious, bright, carefully decorated, thinking about every detail to make the client enjoy.

Staff: All employees have a smile, greet you warmly and are interested in making your stay a 10.
From reception, entertainment, dining room... they ask you how you thought, how you have been. It is noticeable that they transmit closeness and enjoy what they do, in addition to doing it well.

Rooms: The rooms are spacious, modern and functional. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and well lit. I liked the detail of the round table with the chairs, as well as another outdoor side table on the balcony. Everything is very well thought out to make you feel comfortable, the hanger to leave your bag or a jacket, the mirror between the bathroom and the bedroom to see yourself before leaving, the minibar refrigerator to keep soft drinks. All right.

Restaurant: We enjoyed PC so we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast is very complete and varied, for all tastes and needs. Lunch and dinner too, a great gastronomic offer of good quality. The employees are very friendly and attentive, they immediately complete the tray with the finished product.

Bar: We enjoyed the bar both after the meal to enjoy a delicious coffee and wonderful views of the sea in its large windows, as well as the bar and the nightly entertainment, live music, good show, dancing... we loved the good atmosphere and comfortable seats.

Swimming pool: The hotel has a swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a large exclusive space with sun loungers, ideal for a relaxing moment facing the sea.

We liked everything very much, you can see the meticulous care they have taken when designing it

A good 4-star hotel, unbeatable quality-price, recently renovated and everything is like new. On the beachfront, although in the month of October the promenade was with few shops and restaurants closed, little atmosphere. The Hotel is very good, like all the Hotels in the Servigroup chain, the food is very good and quality, breakfast as always, natural juices and various types of milk. Lunch and dinner variety of dishes with good flavor, desserts very good and quality. The small pool for such a large hotel. To highlight the friendly and helpful treatment of the Staff. The room was good, every day they cleaned and changed the towels, a very quiet area to rest from the noise of the city. I will surely repeat.

15 nights in a good hotel on the beachfront so very comfortable due to its proximity. We had to make a complaint about the cleanliness and making of the beds in the room, and after complaining we no longer had any problems in this regard. We had pets on the terrace, a swallow's nest
At the slightly stressful buffet, you go down to have breakfast and they are already preparing the tables for the meal, so if you sit at a table with glasses they make you get up. Another thing they do to make you not sit down is to say that the tables are served, (which is not true,) since at night they do the same, they prepare the tables for breakfast while you are eating.
The desserts, which are cakes, practically all tasted the same, except on the day they had cakes that were very good. I would say the rice pudding was milk with rice. The rice dishes are generally quite good.
At the pool there is good entertainment and you don't have to run to put the towels on the sunbeds.
The power went out one day for 5 hours and another day for 1 hour, they had the detail of not charging us for drinks at the buffet,
When you arrive they give you two drinks for the pool bar and if your birthday happens at the hotel they give you a bottle of cava.
There are few or no children and the entertainment is geared towards adult clients.
I wanted to highlight the friendliness of Rafa the entertainer, Brian at the pool bar and Shakira in the dining room, always with a smile.

This hotel dominates the maritime paseo and can be seen from afar, especially at night when its multicolored LEDs are lit. The design of the building is clever with its staggered balconies that make it impossible to see or hear neighbours. The rooms are comfortable, with enough storage and a very large bed, a beautiful walk-in shower, a mini fridge and a free safe. Nice TV, but only two French news channels.
We were lucky that there are parking spaces left because we find it unfortunate that it is impossible to book it. True, it has a cost (14 € per day) but it is very convenient.
The beach, right across the street, is pretty but not very wide and of course crowded. The sea temperature quickly makes us forget this drawback.
The pool, although small for an establishment of this size, is nevertheless very nice with its small Jacuzzi. There is always a lounge chair because it is forbidden to "reserve" its place as in many hotels that accept this kind of incivility. A very good point!
The only negative aspect for us, French, is the late dinner schedule (8:30 p.m.). More scope would be welcome. But when we were there, the clientele was mostly Spanish. The buffets are very decent, especially the breakfast buffet. Drinks are reasonably priced (e.g. €10.50 per bottle of wine).
All the staff is friendly and a person who speaks French, Luisana, is available to give us the information we need.
We hope to be able to return one day to the Servigroup Koral Beach which seemed satisfactory value for money, especially by booking early enough.

The hotel is well located on the beach of Morro de Gos, although worse piece of this beach right opposite the hotel. Plus the beach spot, where you can park. The pedestrian zone starts right after. If you have ground floor, there will be a lot of noise. And you're not guaranteed upstairs. The worst is service. The reception is unPro, not kind until being edges. I touch a certain Raquel and I treat the customer of her is not acceptable for 4 Ace hotel or any hospitality establishment. The price is very high for this hotel because it has little to do with 4 stars superior. Breakfast has a lot of variety, but little quality and little healthy food. But it looks like 2-3 star hotel breakfast where they can not afford to buy quality things. The room is very poor. They don't spend on anything. It's all empty, bath product there's nothing except 2 canisters fixed on the walls. One gel-shampoo and one hand soap. And 2 small bottles of body milk that in 4 nights have not replaced me, although they were spent on the first day. Not a sad toothbrush or cotton, shower cap or whatever. The empty mini-bar fridge, except 2 small bottles of water that give you first day, but also do not replenish. Not a sweet or a welcome candy! Very scarce for hotel in this category and for the price they ask. We have rented 2 rooms for family and in both we have had the same service. They don't even give 30 minutes free for late Check-out. You leave at 12.00 or you have to pay, period. Reception tells you like it's normal. Being from the same business I say it is not. And it's really crappy too. Perhaps there are kinder people at reception, but having contact with Raquel there, we have not felt like communicating with them anymore. Well, it's not repeatable. Bad service for high price.

Excellent hotel, impeccable service, very friendly staff, and the meals are varied and delicious. We took the half-board option, which was very financially attractive. The swimming pool is very pleasant. Parking is paid, in advance, per week, but unnecessary, because there is space around the establishment. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the place in peace, with their feet in the water, the sea view is magnificent. Preferably adults, because there is nothing planned for children. Shops, restaurants and bars are scattered around the hotel, and the town of Castillon is half an hour's drive away for shopping, a very good location for walking.

In general the hotel is good. We have been there for 5 days.
It is located on the beachfront, although the beach is average, but it is like that in this entire area of Oropesa. The room is clean, it is basic but has just what is necessary for everything. The bathroom is the same. The daily cleaning is very, very fair, it shows that they just went over it.
It has a terrace with a clothesline and table. In our case, my partner and I took a double frontal and the views of the Mediterranean were spectacular. It has a table with two chairs and at night it is nice to sit facing the sea. It has parking, 14 euros per day.
The lunch and dinner buffet is good value for money, it is not the best and too fried, but hey, it is acceptable. The pool area may seem small, but despite the hotel being crowded, it had enough sunbeds for everyone and was clean. (most people go down to the beach and use it only when they return)
In short, quality-price ratio is good and we will repeat in the future. It is true that it has points that could be improved, but for the price it is more than recommended.

The best hotel experience I had while traveling in Spain. Their rooms are Spacious suites with fabulous views of the Mediterranean as well as the city.
Since you have half or full pensions, their food is a plentiful offering with delicious foods, salads and deserts to pamper everyone. Pool and the activities director will keep you busy while enjoying the sun and the pleasant breeze.

They gave us Floor 11. Nice views. but it was not pleasant to be on the terrace. There is no light on the terrace either.
There is no air conditioning control. You have to get up to turn it on or off.
Very small pool for the number of rooms. Luckily there were few people, so we shared the pool with about 20 people.

Good food, although many dishes were repeated during the 7 days we stayed. But I found a 2 centimeter piece of silver paper in the fish. And not even the head waiter, called "Dimas," apologized. On another occasion they forgot to put the lemons and again, far from apologizing, the only thing he did was give the person who should have done it a bad look.

The bathroom does not have Vidé, so if you want to wash your private parts you have no choice but to shower. The shower screen only covers 2/3 of the shower, so when you shower you wet half the bathroom.
My bed was sagging on one side as well as being limp.
One day the power went out from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., so we had to walk down the 11 floors. And without water because it doesn't work if there is no light.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. It looked like mother-in-law cleaning. Since the first day without sweeping next to the table.
The long but very narrow beach. (2 rows of umbrellas maximum) and if you move a little to the sides it has stones. Yesterday they went on strike in Oropesa. I hope they improve it.

In conclusion:
The cook very well. The food was delicious although I expected more food variants. It's a shame to have to take a piece of silver paper out of my mouth and they didn't even apologize.
The head waiter "Dimas" very bad.
The Animator Rafa, very good.
The room, comparable to 1 star hotels.
I would not repeat in that hotel.
I don't think I will repeat on that beach either.
