The bed breaks your back, of the 3 beds that were in the room, none of them were worth it, not even putting a protector on the mattress. The first day we ran out of battery and they had us waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes for them to fix it and they didn't even give me the option to change rooms, in the jacuzzi bathtub it's scary to get in because I'm afraid of dying in there, one of the lights in the headboard is fixed with poxipol, the rooms like the pools need more maintenance, verdigris on the edges of the pools and paving stones not replaced. The buffet has very very little variety although the food is mostly very good. As for entertainment, we give it a very good rating since throughout the day they do 1000 things for children. We paid €1800 for 5 nights all inclusive and we felt disappointed mainly by the condition of the room and by a few other things. In Roquetas you pay the same or less for new hotels with the same stars, so we are not going to return here again.

Shame to be forced to put up the sign to make the room before 12 in the morning, the very meticulous cleaner. Great location, parking is blue zone Well equipped room with refrigerator and air conditioning. The beach is very good and has showers.

I have been to a lot of hotels in many countries and the hotel is above average mainly because of its food. His do you recognise that? At first, my friend knows and enjoys Spanish cuisine and he said it is very good. Moreover, the restaurant is permanently attended by locals! So, they should know how it should taste. As for the equipment and accommodation, I have been satisfied! The beds are nice, the bathrooms new and the kitchens have all the needed equipment!
