We stayed only one night last weekend. From Friday to Saturday. We found it very welcoming and also went by a family member who told me that he had been several times and was ideal. The truth is, although we only stayed one night it went very well. A comfortable hotel, with direct sea views (at least in our room, 202nd). We had breakfast included (at the Berritz) and this was wonderful. As you can see in the attached photos, a breakfast in conditions and delicious. To come back.

Stayed here for only one night on our journey down to southern Spain. The hotel is a small family-run hotel that faces onto the beach at Oropesa. Check in was very smooth and was achieved with my limited Spanish and the receptionists limited English. We took the small lift up to our room which, despite being small, was compensated by a lovely vista of Concha beach. We also had a small balcony where were able to sit and take in the lovely view. The room came with free wifi which had a good connection. We dined at the hotel in the evening. We only had a snack as we had had a large lunch on our journey but the food was fine. Despite it being a warm night we had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. In the morning we had the breakfast which was typically Spanish and included cheese, hams and bread. Sufficient for our needs. We were sorry that we had to check out and will certainly stay here again on our travels.

A pleasant hotel overlooking the beach. Our room had a shared terrace with plenty of sunloungers. Across the road from the hotel are a number of beachfront cafes/restaurants. We opted for the private parking at an additional €9 per day. We wish we hadn’t. It is underground and space to manoeuvre is extremely tight if you have a large vehicle. There is plenty of on-street pay parking nearby. We were advised by reception that we could check out at 07:30 with no problem. However in the morning there was no one on reception until the guy preparing the breakfast room came through. He had no idea how to use the card machine and we had to pay cash. We didn’t take any meals at the hotel.

The hotel rooms are not well equipped as compare to Gran Duque but it's clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There are lots of activities for children to keep them busy. Spend New Year Eve on Dec 2013 and love the well organized Gala Dinner for the New Year Eve. They have a children club where they can keep the children busy after the dinner till the next morning at 6am while the parents can party without worry. They have snacks and drinks for them and even bed for those who are tired before their patents come to pick them up. The hotel is suited right in the middle of all activities. It can be a bit noisy at night as the wall are thin.

This hotel is a delight. Wonderful views, spacious rooms, a helpful friendly staff, wifi, excellent food and service...what's not to like? We stumbled on this delightful hotel by accident on a touring holiday but our next visit will be no accident...looking forward to my next visit already.
