Detailed Reviews
Nice hotel right on beachfront, views from sea view room are glorious.
Nice gym, indoor hot tub, outside hot tub with decking for sunbathing, along with views right onto beach, glorious
Rooms do not have kettle for tea coffee which is weird.
The cafe/drinks awful; coffee out of machine not done by hand, Mediterranean bread is a white crusty roll... when asked why, we were informed they had run out of Mediterranean bread but didn’t think to inform us!!! Along with salad seeing better days, extreme let down; won’t eat here again.

We stayed here as it was close to an apartment that we inherited. The Marina D'Or facilities were in the 200 Euros a night range, El Neptuno was 81.75 Euros from 1 to 6 August, 2011.
This is a hotel for young families with children and older retired folks. There is NO pool but the sea is about 125 meters from the front door. There is NO WI-FI but it is offered at the tourist office next door, it works sporadically, there ARE computers in the breakfast room/bar area for 3E an hour or 1.5 for 30 minutes. There is NO restaurant just a breakfast for 2.20E offered but there are many places to eat nearby. There is no bus service to other parts of the city but there is a little train that runs from about noon until midnight every 20 minutes, a cab to the station costs 5E. The hotel was clean and the staff very pleasant and courteous. Will stay here again should the need arise!

We have had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, service is good, everything is close, the option with a balcony is recommended. We will return for sure. I would use a little more shampoo with long or abundant hair, it doesn't reach

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst attending the music festival Benicassim. Perfect for a place to crash! Right next to the beach for sunbathing!!!
If your going to this town let-a-lone this hotel please have some Spanish knowledge. English is not widely spoken here so if you don't know Spanish you will have a tough time getting on.
Staff were pleasant and managed to communicate through the language barrier, lots of smiles!
Hotel is very clean and has daily maid service. Also Breakfast came with our room but we never made it to breakfast.
The area is nice and very vibrant in the evenings.
If I return next year I will most probably try and book into this hotel again.

We booked this hotel to stay in whilst we went to the Benicassium music festival, it was perfect, right on the beach. The staff were really helpful and the rooms were great ours over looked the beach. The bus pick point for the festival is right outside the front door.
Oropesa Del Mar is a really nice family orientated ,Spanish resort, small , quiet and compact, not rowdy, so if you are looking for raves etc this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for somewhere to chill inbetween partying at Benicassium it is perfect.

We only stayed for one night then travelled on to Benedorm. I left my passport, credit cards & cash on the room.
Once I discovered them missing at Benedorm, one phone call to the hoter reception and all items were transported to my hotel in Benidorm intact.
Says a lot about the quallity of the staff and management.
Did not have a lot of time there, but excellent especially the two girls in the bar in the evening. Definately a hotel to return to, just for quality.

Perfect for Bennecassim, right on the beach, bus just outside straight to Festival, good clean rooms. Great little town with plenty of bars and restaurants, not much English spoken but wasn't a problem, booked again this year.

Only for one night as a stopover thank God. Hard small camp beds, rusty bathroom, dodgy electrics. WIFI hopeless, couldn't wait to leave first thing in the morning.
For a family room for one night EUR 101 should have included breakfast.

A really good hotel. next to the wide clean beach, with beach restaurants and bars just a few steps away. Taxi into the main town will cost you about euro10. breakfast was excellent catering for all types including English. Room was spacious and well equipped.

Very much value its proximity to the beach and comfort. And even more so that my pet, Lola, was very well received and welcomed. For me it was more than enough; since the rest we had everything in the vicinity. The kindness and flexibility as a person of your receptionist Soraya. And a barbaric cleansing by especially Miss Batoul in our room. Very affectionate with my dog too. Thanks for everything
Take great care!. Greetings
