This was a reasonably new apartment in a large block. The location was very good as it was only 5 minutes walk from the playa de la Concha beach and was near bars, shops and restaurants.
The pool and gardens were well maintained and all the hallways and entrance hall cleaned regularly. Inside the apartment was very clean with everything in good working order .The only things I wasn't happy about were it was advertised as air-conditioned but there was actually only one unit in the living room which didn't have any effect anywhere else and it wasn't made clear that towels were not included which is inconvenient when you are travelling from abroad.
I would mainly recommend this complex for families as there were a great deal of young children there making the pool area very noisy all day until about half past eight at night .
