The room had the detachable ceiling loose that looked like it would fall at any moment, the sink didn't fit your hands under the tap
Shower had rust stains and black lint, lifelong dust that when wet looks like a paste
Soap to wash your hands you had to go into the shower to get a little bit because there's not in the sink either
The elevators were stopped one day and you had to go up to the 9th floor for another
Sector or down stairs,
They're old because they follow the grand duke's
But they lack maintenance
The simulators weren't working.
Food nothing to highlight
Overall service quite acceptable
But it's not worth the money they ask for an ultra all-inclusive
We couldn't book restaurants or visit the hotel or anything but we paid like everyone else
If they can't service, don't sell it.
The only themed restaurant we went was the breeze di Mare and we were 1 hour and 15 at the table with nothing to eat
Starting out they took over half an hour to take note
Not to go back to that place
The Aloha is saturated with queues on the half-hour bar
The VAR closes at 00 and they turn off the lights directly so you go to your room because they close at 00
We couldn't book anything else because it was all complete and at reception you don't get anything solved
So my experience has been regular
I wouldn't go back to this hotel
The cons first
Very little staff that speak english
Didnt explain how to use the app to book activities , only knew from speaking to others and them helping and explaining it all
Food was never piping hot unless u had it cooked fresh off the grill
And the flies are awful round the pool
Ques for bars for drink are long as not enough staff or they leave you waiting and spanish get served first
Air con in rooms was pointless not even worth having on
And need more rings and mats for the water slides as spanish take em and pass them round to each other and struggled to get ago
The pros
Rooms were very clean and maids came everyday with fresh towels and made beds and our mini fridge was re stocked daily
Hotel was spotless , cleaners walking round all day
Ultra inclusive for drinks and food at other bars , enjoyed the americian diner place
Spa was amazing
Enchanted garden was worth watching
Theme park had something for all ages
Irish bar was better for us in eves as mostly english ppl but again not enough bar staff
Train comes very regularly
Been to worse but all in all enjoyed our stay and if they got more staff and more that spoke english and sorted flies out would much a massive difference
Need mats in reception when rains as floor gets very slippery
And be prepared for no shopping as not very many shops or anything about but keep making improvements and employe more staff that can speak all languages would help out loads
Would defo return but maybe in a few years
The only thing that would improve would be the bathroom of the room that has a slight face wash and wear is noticeable. The common areas are missing some details, yes, everything has to be said, but taking all this giant and raising it will require a little more time. For this they are working and much to make the stay unbeatable.
Right room, we liked it a lot and we have been to the basketball. Fridge full of refreshments on arrival.
The room was given to us in a very short time, strange seeing the reviews, but nothing to see, in zero coma room to enter ready.
Perfect buffet, if you wanted griddle, griddle, fish, meat, many types of lettuce to make you a salad, many things for the little ones, desserts all you want. We’ve never seen maximum saturation and that’s what we’ve been doing both at high and low times.
The slides of the hotel are perfect if you want to lie down for a while, but you also have 4 swimming pools for which to take a few baths. Appetizers you can order, sandwiches, nachos, bag potatoes or chips, burgers, kebab, dogs. Drinks all you want.
With UTI you can book some things, like booking by buffet from another hotel, we were at the Fantasy, for my most complete taste the sport. We have been to the Polynesian water park, the splash and Magic land. In Magic Land, it still lacks things to polish since it is under renovation, but as I say, the children have taken advantage of it a lot and myself!! Polynesian some facility to polish, but when you throw yourself down the slides you forget everything.
Kids have played a lot in the Magic zone and daddies also played video games before.
We have also visited the outdoor spa, some swimming pool did not work well the jacuzzi, but we have not cared, because the experience is worth passing from one pool to another, hot tubs, jets.
The only thing I missed was a day to go to the Aloha! But hey, I hope to repeat the experience that the little ones have loved.
Well starting with snaks area, absolutely mismanaged since you must queue for drink and another for food. We were not going to lunch at the buffet, we stayed outside to enjoy the day. Very friendly drink waiters but snaks with very bad faces for everything. We went 4 and every day I ordered 4 kebabs or repeat only lunch this and the girl with bad face on me replies “4 kebabs pf” Sorry I paid for 6 nights almost 3000€ I can choose what I eat NO? I repeat we did not go up to the buffet or repeat, we never happened in some hotel something similar. The huge queues at all the bars and I can tell the hired waiters some had no experience. I think it would be more productive than when it comes to snaking a free buffet and you choose like most firms.
The room without daily cleaning only the bed, no fridge was filled only twice and a welcome of being Friend Magic we had claimed 5 times we were told that right now they raise it until last day a worker told us that they had run out.
We had 2 themed restaurants and could take advantage of only one. In Magic Zone it was not possible to book any day I think it is not worth All Ultra Inclusive comparing to All Inclusive.
Summary the only good thing the slides an that tmb had to make your queue that is normal but assume more separate daily queues for drinka and meals NO. And the buffet dinner little variety and no seafood day.
The rooms were spectacular, 2 135cm beds for 4 people (we were able to rest phenomenally. The food was very good, the staff was very friendly and attentive. We went with a 13-month-old baby and an 8-year-old child, and every night he asked for milk. to be able to make the bottles and they immediately made everything easier for me. Since the hotel slides were not finished, they gave us the privilege of being able to be in the water park and amusement park, my 8 year old son enjoyed it to the fullest. Book X day for lunch or dinner apart from the all-you-can-eat buffet and the 4 restaurants (flama, Italian, sushi and hamburger) we were able to go to all of them except the Italian one and it's great, it's wonderful to pay for an all-inclusive trip and be able to move around the different hotels , bars, restaurants at the resort without having to carry money and giving the room number, which we loved.
I wish everyone included were like this. I 100% recommend going.
I would like to thank Joaquín (a guy at the reception) because if it had not been for him the trip would not have been the same because a colleague of his attended us who was very lost and gave us the wrong bracelets. And he corrected it and gave us our appropriate bracelets. He explained everything to us perfectly and let us choose a room. It's nice to meet people like that, thank you Joaquín.
And Raquel, a lovely waitress who gave me a cocktail to her liking, was really good and I went to ask her for milk, she washed the bottle and she gave me everything again. A charm.
Years ago I went to Marina d'or, now I have gone back to my children.
When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist knew hardly anything. The nefarious app, I went to book another water park and would not leave, I had to go to reception. Playground full and we couldn't go.
The room, the lid of the toilet had a crack that when you sat down it pinched your leg. Sister all the time falling water.
Cleanliness, perfect.
Many of the workers didn't even know Spanish.
I worked in a hotel and we had our place to eat and rest. Workers ate with guests. They could fit out somewhere worthy for them. Don't have to eat at the hotel entrance or rest on the floor.
And the presence leaves much to be desired.
It's a face wash. They've put the slides on (if you're not wearing skids or water socks you fall off). You have to sign up for surf simulation, I find it embarrassing. Ten-minute lines to jump down the slide, the ones with floats some deflated.
There were many people and many without any education. Whole families who respect nothing, food on the floor, taking all the food, even a fight, etc.
We booked two rooms overlooking the pool, in my case they gave me views on the other side and when I claimed, they told me they had no other. The other room, where my sister was staying with her family, in the middle of the week they had to go down to ask for a change of room, as they had cockroaches, after arguing, they got the change of room.
They're supposed to replace the minibar every day if you leave what's consumed in the bin for them to see, LIE, they haven't replaced us a day, even one day we arrived after 00:00, they wouldn't let me even go in for water to the bar. After arguing, I got water, of course pir tap.
The buffet is simply, quite upgradable.
The inexperienced staff who worked throughout the premises often didn’t even know how to throw a beer. First responders didn't know how to deal with a situation of someone injured. In front of me came a girl bleeding from a slide and being 1m the rescuer, until we did not take her out and let her attend to him, nor did she know. Another day we witnessed a girl open her head on another slide and this case was seen back and forth to the rescue workers and not knowing what to do.
Regarding the themed restaurants, the arroceria very well, the brazier well, but the hamburger and Italian of SHAME, with saying that I do not like Asian food and ate rather better in Japanese.
When it came to meeting schedules in the sport the rescue workers arrived and opened the slides whenever they wanted, always late of course and to him closing schedule fulfilled that if to the dedillo. At the amusement park that closes at 00:00, from 23:45 they refuse to serve anything, or water. We insisted several times to please give us water for the children and they refused in bad ways.
I'm sure I'll leave something, pirque there are so many, you already lose count.
All in all a DISAPPOINTING experience.
But it’s so ugly just reading the bad things about the places I’m going to write today from the same hotel.
It is a newly reopened hotel with things to improve of course yes but the chain has just taken these hotels and they still lack a bit to have the category of hotels in Benidorm but what if to congratulate is for the great team that has formed with its workers that make everything much easier here.

Another guy from reception Paul who helped us in the room change with the video consoles with an education and sweetness to explain things ten.
I'm missing another guy from reception but I didn't ask his name who helped us antler to take bags incredible maximum attention.
From the pool area... congratulating Oscar the lifeguard, attentive, friendly, watching everything and explaining all the functioning of all the pools and slides perfectly is a charming person.
Well and what to say about my girl Salma introverted, friendly, kind that while she is still a child... she will get where you propose the Balinese beds without you would be boring.
From the team of bartenders....that patient are all polite, attentive customers and the smile is not lost Ahmed and Serma I loved matching you are spectacular.
And I got Jhon one of the animators. That boy is special and has a gift with spectacular children and with adults has made us laugh out of ten.
I have many people left to congratulate because there are many workers from cleaning, security ... the hotel if you have to improve things that little by little will do.
But congratulating everyone on the human team you have found so that our holidays have been even better... no matter if a light bulb fails when your workers welcome you all with a smile we value more the effort of all the people who work here.
Upon arriving at the facility, we were told that the room would be ready at 4 p.m....
They gave us the room, at 8.30pm.
I had the ultra all-inclusive, and ordering a miserable bottle of water, we were told there were no water bottles...
The dirty facilities, full of hairs the rooms, doors you had to close slamming why not close, showers where only hot water came almost burning. Very little food to choose from, those who served you at the counter, disagreed, one said one thing, and another said another. Themed restaurants are worthless, you're left hungry, the only one better, the Italian restaurant.
The slides were in the works.The 23rd of June is when they opened the slides after we were promised that they would open on the 21st.
More than 200 people asked the hotel to return the money, because of everything I have explained, and apart from that, the rooms were leaking, and water pipes were broken, elevators were not working and vomiting (I warned them to clean the elevator, and it went in one ear, and it went out the other). Spa in works, attractions that were not halfway, etc...
I've even seen a lady at 12 at night cry, because in the room she was staying, there were leaks where she slept, and the hotel refused to give her a room until tomorrow, because there were no clean rooms.
The free buffet, los. 2 last days you had to wait for them to scrub glasses and dishes to eat.
I advise you not to valley that hotel, for they are in the works, have no staff, and bad company. The hotel is not cheap, so the hotel is like this.
What looked like it would be a good hotel, has become the worst. And it's a shame, because it belongs to the Magic group, and it has very good hotels, but Magic sport, 0. Listen to me cancel what you have with this hotel, you'll have a hard time.
