Great hosts, comfortable rooms and beautiful outdoor area. We had a great time. We recommend a walk along the park which we loved. Derryl and Elsa are friendly and want to make stay as comfortable as possible.

Derryl and Elsa opened their home and their hearts to us over Christmas and Boxing Day. This Guesthouse is a home away from home. Delicious food, very comfortable beds, spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. Everything was immaculately clean. We look forward to our next visit to Yellowwood cottage.

What a great stay this was! We all and I mean all enjoyed our 3 days here. Elsa is the most wonderful host and has also great stories to tell. Rooms are not too big, but the atmosphere makes up for all. We were alone with 2 families and had the whole place alone. The garden is beautiful and has a nice view to Sani Pass in the distance. I would always recommend it here. Thanks Elsa!!!!

We stayed two nights at Yellowwood cottages and it was really great. The hospitality is really unique - much less the delicious breakfast, yummy. We felt like at home with an excellent service, they also arranged a day trip to famous Sani Pass - also top! We would love to come again!

We spent 2 nights at Yellowwood Cottage, and the welcome we received from Derryl lived up to all the reviews we'd read. She is an amazing cook, and the meals she prepared for us were 5*. She went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and it was hard to wrench ourselves away to return home. We hope to be back as soon as we can.

Hello Margo and Louis - thank you so much for taking the time to write to Trip Advisor. It sometimes needs a reply like the one above but you were also great guests! It really does take two to tango!! Hope all went well for the rest of your trip. Taking off into the unknown is quite something. The weather is turning quickly and the trees even quicker and most mornings now we have a blanket of leaves on the lawn. The trees are turning at Kenmo and the Cosmos is out on the sides of the road. We have your number and one of theses days we will make it to your part of the world All the best Derryl & Elsa YELLOWWOOD COTTAGE

What a gem of a guest house. Charming hosts two delightful Hosts and two friendly dogs. Breakfast was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We actually had an evening meal which was requested and wow what an amazing meal. The rooms and small kitchen very clean and well equipped with lots of space. If you are traveling to Himeville this definitely the place to stay. Views from patio see below.

Since we arrived, we were treated like family. Arriving late, to a lovely clean decent is what we needed after travelling far. Oh....the breakfast was outstanding! Can suggest this strongly if you like to relax, visit Sani pass or sightseeing. You will be treated with love and respect.
