This guest house is positioned perfectly for trips around the Underberg and Southern Drakensberg mountains. It is also perfect as a base to tackle the infamous Sani Pass. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and knowledgeably with regards amenities in the surrounding area. Will definitely use this establishment again when in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Sani Pass Manor Guest House. The room was wonderful. Lovely big comfy bed, modern finishings and everything we needed. We found the fridge in the room very useful as we needed to get up early on both mornings for a trail running event we were doing, so we could eat a small breakfast in our room because it was too early for the guest house breakfast. Sbu, the host, was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend the guest house to our family and friends and would love to come back to visit and stay again when we are in the area next! (P.S. Definitely make a stop at The Whistling Goat restaurant, within 2 minutes walking distance of the guest house, the host and staff were absolutely fantastic and the food was delicious!)

Lovely accommodation, great rooms - spotlessly clean - in a quiet part of town. An ideal location to explore the stunning Sani Pass. Our host, Sbu, was great providing useful advice, booking restaurants as well as an excellent breakfast. Thoroughly recommended.

The Sani Manor Guest House and staff provide a cosy and comfortable stay for our short trip to the Underberg. Sbu and his staff were extremely attentive and provided for our needs. The rooms are elegantly laid out with a basic kitchenette.

Very friendly service, from checking in with us before arrival until we departed.
The rooms and grounds were very neat and well maintained.
The breakfast was very good as well, even though they had problems with their electricity on the day a plan was made!

We truly enjoyed our overnight stay at Sani Pass Guest house. We received a call on route to ascertain our arrival time and to notify us of load shedding . The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were exactly as depicted online. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning before our Sani Pass tour. The only small drawback was that there was not sufficient hot water for us all to shower in the evening. On the whole we had a restful and well catered stay and would certainly return.

This is a great location close to Sani Pass. The location offers a spacious room and bathroom, a beautiful garden and 2 good restaurants nearby. The employee serves a very good breakfast and was very helpful. She arranged a trip with a 4x4 to Sani Pass and Lesotho for us. We had a great time here!

A genuine thank you for an awesome stay. The staff were very competent and friendly. Rooms were well kept. We appreciated being able to check in a bit early. Also appreciated the advice on the sites to visit and directions.

We got everything we expected.
The staff was very friendly and reliable.
We could leave our car and luggage for a 5day trip to Lesotho without having any problems.

Sani Pass Manor Guest House was a good choice to stay at. Our daughter ran the Drakensberg Ultra and we needed to be near the start and finish. The Manor served a very good breakfast, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was great! Ngu did a great job! Is she runs again, we will be back😊
