#1 of 9 B&Bs / Inns in Larino
Masseria Raimondo, with large garden with swimming pool and gazebo and with many varieties of flowers, it is proposed as a valid alternative to the traditional hotel stay. The spectacular view of which it enjoys over the Lake of Guardialfiera and hills and mountains. On clear days, very frequent, you can admire the majestic skyline the Maiella mountain. We report the possibility of purchase of our high quality extra virgin olive oil DOP and BIO.

We have enjoyed four days in larino, at sweet hotel milleulive. Clean room, abundant breakfast, quiet and beautiful place, also friendly people. The room is like a house, bedroom, living and bathroom, so nice.

Bonjournio: After a long days journey from Pescara we arrived at the gates of Mille Ulivi. When the gates opened it was Paradise. We were greeted by owners Pasquale and Assunta. Having not stayed at many B & B's we were not ready for this warmth and hospitality. "Have a drink, relax and settle in." Our room was more than we expected. Separate quarters from the rest of the house, living room, huge bedroom and washroom. All efficiencies were included. The scenery was amazing, outdoor pool overlooking the country side was welcome after a day at Termoli's amazing beach. (30 minute drive). A walk through Old Larino is Italy. No T shirts available, no neon, fabulous restaurants and happy generations of fine Italian folks. Our Anniversary vacation also took us to the Amalfi Coast and Rome. Both were beautiful in their own right but we don't need to go back. We do need to go back to Milleulivi and Larino!!!! Absolutely loved it!! Oh yeah, the breakfast was over the top and Barbara was a sweet heart. Sitting with us telling her travel /life experiences and interested in ours. She will be able to translate this review for her Pappa and Mama. We only hope we can show the same hospitality if the family decides to visit Canada. If you haven"t been to Larino and Milleulivi you haven's been to Italy!!! Ciao. Brent & Trudy from Brantford Canada .

This b&b is located in the heart of Molise, surrounded by thousands of olive trees, colourful flowers and with a vew on the full landscape stretching in front if this Villa. The rooms are huge and very tastefully furnished reminding you of the colonial style. Breakfast covers a wide variety of fruit, pastry, and not only, but organic eggs, cheeses etc. The service is the best quality ever. It is the third year in a row that we go. You shouldnt miss this place if you are around! Excellent!

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Molise region of Italy for two special events: The Festa di San Pardo in Larino featuring 130 flower-covered ox drawn carts and the traditional transumanza...a cattle drive from the winter to the summer pastures. Our first two nights were spent here at the B&B home of the Raimondos. The welcoming drive up to the house is lined with olive trees and when you see the house you immediately feel at home. The perfectly maintained gardens and breathtaking view of the mountains and valley below encourage relaxing. Our large comfortable room and bath were perfect. We did mention the weak shower and the fact that the shower head was placed very close to the wall. Within two hours a new larger shower head better situated was installed. Talk about customer service!!! Breakfast was served in an upstairs dining room with picture windows highlighting the wonderful landscape and included local fruit, pastries and a delicious frittata made with eggs from their happy free range chickens! I would recommend this charming B&B to anyone visiting this interesting area of Italy. The owners are warm and hospitable and will do everything to make the stay memorable.

This is a family-run B&B which offers a true home away from home. The owners are very eager to satisfy clients' needs, however with extreme discretion. The rooms are very spacious and clean. There is absolute silence at night, favoring a good night's sleep. Breakfast is incredibly rich as the lady of the house, Mrs. Raimondo, personally prepares typical regional dishes as well as classical breakfast treats. Moreover, the breakfast lounge has a wonderful panoramic view of the countryside which helps starting the day on the right track. Cultural highlights close to the B&B are the Roman ruins in Larino and the Paleolithic archeological site in Isernia, about an hour's drive away. Also the seaside and the characteristic town of Termoli, are only a 20-minute ride away. I and my family will definitely be back!
