Clean, tidy with friendly staff. 5 minute walk to Traffod Centre and also a bus station for buses straight into Manchester city centre. Great nights sleep with a good breakfast available. The restaurant wasn't bad either, a perfectly cooked rib-eye steak certainly hit the spot.
Was happy with hotel itself but breakfast in the morning spoiled it for us, food not very hot and tea/coffee making facilities were poor, they used urns which weren’t hot even after been replaced twice
Perfect overnight stay for my sister & I. Trafford centre was a 5 min walk away. Rooms clean & spacious, bed extremely comfortable. We never ate in the adjoining table table restaurant, but it was very clean & staff very welcoming when we went for a drink.

Bad Experience at this hotel.. poor room temperature control. Extremely uncomfortable single and guest beds. Children refused to sleep on the beds provided. Sleepless night. Wont stay at this particular hotel again.
