Clean, tidy with friendly staff. 5 minute walk to Traffod Centre and also a bus station for buses straight into Manchester city centre. Great nights sleep with a good breakfast available. The restaurant wasn't bad either, a perfectly cooked rib-eye steak certainly hit the spot.

Was happy with hotel itself but breakfast in the morning spoiled it for us, food not very hot and tea/coffee making facilities were poor, they used urns which weren’t hot even after been replaced twice

Perfect overnight stay for my sister & I. Trafford centre was a 5 min walk away. Rooms clean & spacious, bed extremely comfortable. We never ate in the adjoining table table restaurant, but it was very clean & staff very welcoming when we went for a drink.

Stayed here for business as had a conference to attend nearby. This hotel is dead handy if you are attending the very close by Trafford shopping centre. There is also a good amount of parking at the hotel. Unfortunately it did not suit my purpose though. I was in room 128, my

Bad Experience at this hotel.. poor room temperature control. Extremely uncomfortable single and guest beds. Children refused to sleep on the beds provided. Sleepless night. Wont stay at this particular hotel again.

For 2 adults and a child is it a z bed or a proper bed for my child?
I have found it is usually a large couch which is changed into a bed. They appear to be very comfortable. I would definitely be able to sleep on one.

Yes you can anytime of the day and when you check out they will hold on to the luggage until you are ready to depart. Hope this helps Thanks

Hi..the hotel is handy for all the sporting events and would be 10 mins approx from the hotel by taxi..not sure what it would cost by taxi/uber depends what you get but it wouldn't be very much considering how close it is. There is a major bus stop as well straight across the road at the Trafford centre with several bus stops so this may be a cheaper alternative as well. They are super helpful at the hotel reception and will call/recommend services for you as well. I hope this helps Thanks a lot John

What's the set up of a family room with 2 adults and 2 children staying?
Hi there, It does depend on the ages of the children but a generic Family room with 2 adults and 2 children over the age of 2 is set up with one double bed, a single sofa bed and a single pull-out bed. Hope this helps! Kind regards, Rebecca
