The hotel is charming, welcoming and exactly how a ski village hotel should be - quaint & friendly. We chose the hotel because it is "dog friendly" and it really is, everyone at the hotel was gracious to our two furry standard poodle kids! Garrett & Calli at the front desk are so kind and accommodating and make you feel "special" not like just another guest. We wanted to stay an additional night but our room was already booked for the following day - Garrett graciously made available and even offered to move us to a different room option early the next day. The hotel is walking distance to everything in the village and the rooms are very comfortable , well appointed and spacious with a delightful gas fireplace to enjoy at the end of a day of skiing. We will definitely be returning next ski season!

We chose this cozy suites because of where is located and they are dog friendly suites. The staff is very attentive, nice and accommodating. The suites are very spacious, super clean and equipped with all the essentials! Since we visited during the holidays everything was decorated really beautiful! They had scented candles that smelled so nice. It totally gave us a Swiss chalet vibes! Thank you so much for making our stay so magical! Looking forward to visit again!

We chose to do a last-minute trip to Taos with the family. We looked at a few different locations on the mountain, for the price and reviews we read, we chose Alpine Village Suites. We had a 1 bedroom suite. A king bed in the bedroom with a comfortable pull out bed in the couch in the living room. My 6'2" son and 5'3" daughter slept on this for 3 nights and they said it was as comfortable as any other bed. The gas fireplace put out a ton of heat to warm up after getting off the slopes and helped dry out all the clothes. The smart TV was great for Netflix/Disney+ and other streaming platforms we have access to. The kitchenette was small but we managed to fix all our meals in the room and not have to do take-out (COVID restricted in-room dining at restaurants). The staff was very helpful, I believe the young man's name was Garrett and he was fantastic. Not "ski-in/ski-out" but just a short walk to the main chair lift and worth the money savings versus the other lodges. We will definitely be utilizing this facility on our next visit to Taos Ski Valley

Alpine Village staff is stellar. They are personable and friendly. The suite is such a welcomed delight with its living space including a couch, table, and kitchenette a bit separate from the comfortable king size bed. The linens, kitchen utensils, and decor are top notch. The stream below our balcony and being surrounded by mountains for towering pines added to our delightful stay. Alpine Village attest to all the COVID guidelines without making guest feel not welcomed. Rather, they and the suites are most welcoming : )

Very comfortable suite, with everything in order. Friendly staff. Located with mountain views and rushing Rio Hondo. Felt safe and clean. Nice outdoor porch for hanging out and star gazing. The valley itself is gorgeous. Good hiking near-by.
