This is a beautiful Lodge. The staff is very friendly and always very helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. One suggestion, maybe a bar fridge in the room. We went on a sundowner walk with Emanual. Stunning. The food was good. Swimming pool also very clean. From the entertainment center and the pool, you have a nice view over the waterhole.

The hotel is in a wonderful location surrounded by granite boulders but with an open view. We stayed here for one night and we did enjoy everything. The sundowner ride including the visit of some rock paintings was very interesting and we also managed to see some animals.

My husband and I visited this lodge in June 2021. We were amazed at the beautifully appointed lodge with large rooms, great room amenities, and the wonderfully cheerful and helpful staff. Our room had a fabulous view over the area and the pool and fireplace areas were set up for fun days activities and great sundowner drinks. The restaurant food was delicious, the staff accommodating and helpful during meals (and at all times actually), and we felt pampered during our entire stay. Check-in and out was easy, covid protocols were in place. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer -----Next time! (a comment on the road leading to the rooms, this road is carved through the large granite rocks next to the mountain. If you have a high or extremely wide vehicle, you must maneuver very carefully)

Ai-Aiba never disappoints! The location is stunning, in the majestic Erongo mountains. The rooms are spacious, clean, ours even had a coffee station (Nespresso machine). The food was beyond excellent, the meat was prepared as ordered. The service is friendly and efficient. All Covid protocol is observed and all staff are fully vaccinated. So everything is just right and it is the ideal location to relax and to spoil yourself.

Wow! What an incredible place with amazing friendly hardworking staff. We just loved our stay. 6 years ago we visited sister venue, Erongo Wilderness and were even more impressed with Ai Aiba, Rooms were lovely, staff friendly and helpful and nature walks were lovely. We will definitely be back. Food was excellent. My husband is a border and saw a great deal of special birds. Best stay we have had in Namibia. We can highly recommend Ai Aiba.
