Very Disapointed by this hotel categorized as a 4 stars, Definitely not worth it. It would be a 3 stars most of the following would have been more acceptable. In the room: No boiler in the room with tea, cofee. No complimentary bathroom supplies, like shower cap, makeup corona, no room service. When you leave your room key at the reception for the day you will find it in thé evening with other room keys on top of the reception counter, often withput any staff keeping an eye on them. Anybody could enter take a key and visit your room. The swimming pool is closed from 1pm to 3.30pm. Apparently because it's lifeguard/bartender break. Said so, the lifeguard will sometimes casually come back from his break we'll after 4pm.... They play a local radio to have music, ads and stupid speakers included. Not nice. Breakfast ends early at 9.30, and you'll not find much to eat after 9.00 lacking efficient refilling. What is refelt disappears in 2 minutes. Lunch and dinner are quite cheap and generous and menu changes every day. Service is poor quality. Wi-Fi is very poor. Not stable and slow. And you need to agree to some marketing policy to use it. Several electical shutdown during our stay. On top of that, the hotel is situated uphill from an area where are frequently organized concerts or open air DJ sets with extremely loud music all night long... Positive points: the view, the refreshing pool (when it's open), the staff is nice for most of them.

I went with my two children 9 and 12 years for a week. We were the only non-Italian guests at the hotel which was nice. Simple but very well kept room. We had half bord, were breakfsst was a bit better than average, ie more than just sweets. Dinner was good, although not special. Fine pool area w wonderful view. Short walk (via overgrown path) to a spectacular sandy beach. Santa Cesarea has a lovely slighy run-down charm.

a good hotel, big room, nice terrace with a table and a dryer for clothes, a sea view. conveniently pool, a few days there was a storm - pool very rescued. the staff are friendly, all requests are met(except requests to bring iron, forgot about it). we rented a car so the location we were not confused, though of course the beaches to go not close, and the beaches are free this is just a stones on which spontaneously lie people. a 10-15 minutes walk small promenade and the Spa centre with the sources.when booking on the website room was designated as a "superior with sea view", at the check-out took extra for sea view, but rather, it claims not to the hotel... included in the bill "city tax and the water from the Minibar(although not specified anywhere that minibars surcharge). in the end a good impression of the hotel was helpful. staff doesn't speak English, which impedes communication. near large construction project, in General, did not prevent not only very beautiful and dirty on the street, but if you have a car it is very boring. in the hotel there is no entertainment, on the waterfront you can just go and visit the restaurant( there are only two or three). so fun too, not special. the contingent of elderly Italians. wifi only in the lobby.

Well run hotel with good kitchen. We took advantage of the June special offer w half board, which was good value. 10 min walk to rock/sand beach. Staff is friendly and helpful but a bit impersonal pehaps. The hotel is marked as four star, which means receptions is always manned etc, but rooms are more like an upmarket three star. Things to do: beaches, cities of Otranto, Lecce

We liked this hotel. When we arrived they gave us a room on the first floor but we didn't have a nice view from there so we asked for another room and the girl was kinda bored and didn't understand why we wanted a bedroom with a nicer view (weird girl...) so eventually she gave us a room on the top floor of the hotel with a wonderful view (check photo). The bedroom was small but clean. The breakfast was ok. There is a nice pool where we liked to relax,. The hotel has a parking lot. To go to the beach you need a car. You also need a car to go in town because the hotel is on a hill and there isn't restaurants around it. All in all it was a nice and romantic staying.
