For those who don't want the hustle and crazy of being right on 7 mile and want a more tucked away private setting, this is a great place to stay. Lets face it, your not in the Cayman's to spend time in your rooms.

Really nice place to stay!! Everything is so beautiful. There was a security guard at night, although the place seemed pretty safe. Great for divers, although we’re snorkelers. We snorkeled on our last day here and it was very deep. We saw a stingray and several flounders, as well as the typical fish we have been seeing elsewhere on the island. The pool was very nice and perfect for the 10-year-old in our family. The sunset was beautiful!

A divers paradise! Our family of six spent a week here diving and sight seeing around the island, truly an incredible spot for the diver and/or snorkeler enthusiast. Walk out the door, set up your tanks, walk to the entry ladder and paddle out to Hepps Pipeline or Hepps Wall right off shore for some of the worlds best diving! If you don't dive there's plenty of sea-life to see simply snorkeling around right in front of the complex. The condo itself is well stocked to prepare meals in house. Theres a great grocery store 5 minutes down the street for all of your meal supplies. Duncan the property manager and owner of Stingray Sports is more than helpful and will fully outfit your group with whatever gear you need. From diving, snorkeling, SUP, to deep sea fishing, or boat diving, he can arrange it all! He is more than accommodating and will take care of your every need! Two of the best restaurants on the island, Macabuca and Cracked Conch are within walking distance and offer amazing sunset views and great food! They also have dive facilities with an easy entry ladder with access also to the pipeline and wall. We saw many people enter or exit here and do a drift dive to or from the condo complex or a spectacular night dive. Truly a magical experience! We hope to return soon to this amazing spot!

We spent two weeks here with six of us sharing the condo! It opened in back to one of two pools, had a very well equipped kitchen and is in a lovely setting! Met some neighbors who own/live there, who were very friendly. If you SCUBA five there are tanks and weights to shore dive and there are two residents who do boat dives. We really enjoyed Duncan Heard’s Stringray Watersports! There is a great Tiki Bar, restaurant (Macabuca) and shore dive spot at a five minute walk. Tiki bar has evening entertainment some nights and the food/drinks are good. The turtle refuge and dolphin center are a short drive.
