Write a reviewGreat location with lovely views across the green of gran paradiso. It was one of the cheapest we found and second time in Cogne. If only staying for 1 night the view may not be required and there are better choice of hotels closer in to the town and that have a better breakfast. The breakfast consisted of a lot of cake. Nice size room with a little balcony and the landlady was pleasant enough.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights. We booked as advertised a double room with balcony and mountain view. When we arrived we was given a disabled room with no balcony and window facing the wall of the property next door. I raised this with the proprietor and she said that the hotel was full and that's all that she had and if we wanted to see the mountains to go out and walk! The room was very dull and because it was a disabled room everything was very high in the bathroom. The room was also very noisy late at night as it was next to the owners private accommodation. We was charged the same price as the balcony with view rooms. The breakfast was very basic mostly sweet cakes. Saying all that the hotel is in a superb location close to restaurants. Wouldn't go back to this hotel as many others around.

Dark room, as walls and decor is made of wood (Pine). No AC, but that aint nessessary as it gets cool/cold in the night even in the warm summerdays. Sweet breakfast, not my favorite, but ok if you like cakes. Coffee was not good. But good service and very Central. We stayed there for two nights.

Sensational view and also run by very friendly and efficient husband and wife. Room was nice and the breakfast was the nicest on our trip. Lots of kids toys for those who have family made it a lot easier for us as well
