Write a reviewOutstanding hotel. Luxurious interior design throughout the hotel and in the bedrooms. Feels like a palace! Excellent customer service from the staff who are extremely helpful and accommodating of individual needs (provision of hypo allergic pillows for example in my case).

Copious high quality breakfast and wonderful free spa including pool, steam rooms and sauna. I travel a lot for business and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, absolutely recommend.

The hotel is a thing of beauty: lobby, atrium, restaurants spa/pool/fitness, and the guest rooms. Everything is very clean and in good condition, and the hotel is only about 4 or 5 years old. Staff is helpful and courteous. Breakfast buffets have a very wide range of selections. And for all of this, the prices are incredibly reasonable.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Shymkent. A short 10-minute walk to Mega Planet shopping centre where you can stock up on groceries and computer equipment. Rooms are excellent with fast wifi and plenty of space to work. Comfy bed and complimentary overnight amenities are provided, including two bottles of water each day. An in-room coffee machine that works with coffee pods is a nice touch. The breakfast is scrumptious with a wide variety, including sushi. There's a well-equipped gym, large indoor pool and spa facilities. The service levels are world-class and I would definitely stay here again.

The decor of the hotel and the rooms are over the top, but the staff is friendly - and partly English speaking. Breakfast in Kazakhasia was ok, nothing to brag about, unfortunately. The spa and pool was really good and reasonably priced massage was not bad either!

Very polite and pleasent service! Helpful staff, speaking English, Russian, and Kazakh language. If I can give i would give 10 stars not 5! Have a good spa area, with the gym, sauna and swimming pool included! Hotel is incredible piece of work!
