I can’t recommend this place enough. Amazing! So many amazing touches like the daily chocolates or treats, fruit bowl and sparkling wine on arrival..
And the staff... a HUGE thank you to all of you!! Diamantis, Aris, Daria, Nico, Nikos, Chrissie, Valeria, Giota, Makis, Marieta... and anyone whose name I’ve forgotten but whose warmth, friendliness and helpfulness I will not. You guys are an asset to the hotel and really added that extra special touch to our stay!
Food was brilliant, so tasty! We went half board and were able to switch our dinner to lunch where there was a little more variety on the menu.
We stayed in a garden suite room 109 for the first 4 days, which was lovely and the extra bit of garden space is really cool for sunbathing. Room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was huge. Did an upgrade to the presidential suite for the last 3 nights which was pricey but absolutely fantastic and the pool was beautiful, fabulous views.
The black elite / spa pool is beautiful and nice and quiet throughout the day. We didn’t feel the need to venture to any of the others.
Covid precautions were extremely well handled with all staff taking care to wear a mask and gloves and all surfaces including tables chairs and sun loungers periodically sanitized.
5 star, 10 out of 10 all the way!
We hope to return to visit again next year.

We had a wonderful seven night holiday in an Elite Suite at this Hotel. The room was spacious, modern and super clean. It also had a breath taking view of The Aegean Sea.
Although we booked bed and breakfast we chose to have dinner in the open air restaurant on five of our seven nights. This reflected the amazing quality of both the food and the service. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent.
All of the staff were fantastic. Whether they worked in reception, cleaners or pool and beach attendants, they were all incredibly well informed and helpful. They made us feel at home throughout our stay.
A special thankyou to Daria, Head Receptionist, Diamandis and Agapitos in the restaurant as all three gave that extra bit of service.
The Hotels Covid-19 safety measure made us feel very safe throughout our stay.
We have no hesitation in recommending The Elite Suites and look forward to returning again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon stay at elite suites, the suites were amazing and spotlessly clean, the benefit of having our own private pool and garden during these testing COVID times was a huge Bonus. The resort also has an amazing spa and we was gifted a lovely couples massage by the staff at the Elite suites for our honeymoon and this was really enjoyed by us both. The food was also very good and the staff are all polite and very helpful throughout. I would defiantly think about re visiting the Elite suites in the future and perhaps bring my children for a family holiday.

Originally booked for surprise 50th for my partner and I to Santorini but was cancelled due to pandemic. Came across package to Elite Suites from Jet2 Indulgent Escape when searching last minute to get away.
So glad I decided this. Such a amazing experience staying at this resort. Even before arriving here I contacted the resort to see if they could help me with my surprise for my wife with flowers and a cake on her birthday which was during the week we were staying. Big thank you goes to Daria for sorting this out. Upon late arrival, the transfer and Jet2 rep ensured we arrived safely at Elite Suite and advised us on places to go in Rhodes.
We were so impressed with our clean accommodation and friendly staff throughout our stay. We opted for a ground floor suite with private pool which was a short walk from the beach.
Staff ensured regular cleaning and covid measures throughout. Food was amazing, reasonably priced and very good quality. I liked the way how the same dish I ordered was presented in different ways, Fantastic but more importantly the restaurant team including Nikos, Dimitris and Giwta (sorry if I got the names wrong) really looked after us and were very attentive. Thank you to all for the surprise cake and singing happy birthday to my wife.! Definitely recommend eating at Varkalora restaurant especially when they have the live duet band who were amazing.
I purchased a spa day for my wife and she was blown away by the ambience, friendliness of staff and quality of facilities and treatment.
Right from arriving at the hotel, staff always had a smile and wishing you good morning and asking about your day. Would recommend hiring a car for the day which is available within the main hotel! How convenient is that!
Would highly recommend staying at Elite Suites, such excellent customer service, quality food, high standard of friendly guest service staff, great facilities with old town only a few minutes away and very accommodating to our needs especially with our late check out.

My partner and I stayed at Elite Suites from the end of Sep for 11 nights. Even though our flight didn't arrive until 22:30 local time, we were welcomed with big smiles and a glass of wine each.
Because we'd missed dinner, we were treated to anything from the room service menu free of charge. Not to mention there was a bottle of bubbly waiting in our room. So we sat with our feet dangling in our own private pool whilst eating room service and sipping wine. Not a bad way to start our stay.
Each morning we were treated to a great breakfast - once we'd had our temperature taken. To assist with social distancing you're required to be served (rather than helping yourself) - but that hardly mattered. The restaurant lets you look out across the sea and view the Turkish mountains.
The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Amazingly courteous, helpful and genuinely friendly people. Believe the reviews. They're that good.
The rooms are spotless and of a really high calibre. Beautifully relaxing rainfall showers as well as a sizeable bath if you want one. King size beds - I'm not sure I've slept that well in years.
We went for half board and if we had a pool day, we'd switch the complimentary evening meal for lunch, and head out along the road to discover a new restaurant. I don't think we went to the same one twice. There's plenty of choice.
I loved it. I can't wait to go back. 5 stars.

Hi. We had a similar dilemma when we booked to visit our first time - the difficulty is that each tour operator uses their own language to describe the rooms and the views! A few of the suites do have a restricted sea view [e.g the garden suites because of the hedging] but not many. In our case we had concerns about accessibility so contacted the hotel direct They were very helpful and I am sure would be happy to help you too with your query. The email link is on their website. Hi, we were in room 136. Private pool with sea view, it was perfect with it being an end room, we literally had 1 neighbour to our left.

The Garden rooms run from 101 to 110. The higher numbers are furthest from the main hotel pool area so they are quieter. We have stayed in 109 and 107. Both were excellent.
