Stayed the night in a very nice room, huge comfortable king bed with a new mattress, nice bathtub/shower all newer redo. Don't understand previous reviews, obviously the hotel is working on remodeling.

This place is a filthy mess and should be closed until cleaning and repairs can be made. The carpets were filthy and had not been vacuumed, the room smelled heavily of spilled beer so bad it was hard to breathe, the linens were dirty and worn out and had holes in them, the bathroom door was broken in half, the toilet seat was dirty. Upon seeing the condition of the room, we left to get a refund. The only good point was that we were issued a refund with no problems and were able to get back on the road to find a decent motel. The owners of this motel should be embarrassed of the condition it is in. It is disgraceful and disgusting.

After, thinking I would drive back home. The weather and my sleepiness kicked in. I had not made prior hotel reservations and look at many spots with no vacancies. I stumbled across Knights Inn. The man at desk was very nice. He could tell I shouldn't be there and gave me really great advice. The room was plain and outdated . Pillows were terrible . Mattress was firm and overall I had a restful night.The room could have been cleaned better. For the money and if your looking to just sleep a few hours before getting back on road. This is a deal.

Clean room, easy access, good value for the money. Easy checkin and check out. Linens were fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable, parking was ample, rooms had outdoor openings. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

After staying one night at the Murfreesboro Knights Inn, I thought it was a good economical place to stay on my return trip, so I called the hotel itself, talked to the desk clerk, made a reservation, got a price, and a confirmation number.

After eleven hours of driving I arrived and asked for my room. The clerk said he had no record of my reservation and called the owner on the phone to discuss the problem. The owner brushed aside my confirmation number and told the clerk that I had no reservation. He then said he had four empty rooms and offered me one at 50% more than the previously agreed rate. I said that was unsatisfactory and requested that they keep their commitment. The owner then told the clerk not to rent to me under any circumstances, and ordered me to leave the property. I apologized to the clerk for making him mad but he said if I did not leave the property he would call the police. I requested his name and the name of the owner, but all he said was leave or I will call the police. I left.
