We were very impressed with Best Western Aladdin in. We received two emails prior to our stay, letting us know that breakfast will not be provided the same. Instead that they would have a grab and go. Other hotels that we have stayed in during the pandemic just simply cut their breakfast out completely. They also informed us the extra precautions that they are taking with Covid. When we arrived they even had sanitize pens on one side and used pens on the other. They also provided us a room that would accommodate us closest to the exit because we have service dogs.
The following day I needed a late check out. We had no clue what time my husband would return to the hotel room. They accommodated me with extra time above and beyond their regular late check out. We will definitely stay here again. We were also asked several times if there’s anything that we needed that they might be able to help us with. We were extremely impressed.

We were headed to Mount St. Here and thought this was a good stop....it was clean and OK. Area was underwhelming and room was noisy ( we were 2 down from the back entrance and had a parking lot right outside our window.)
I was surprised that the staff seemed to have NO idea about the best way to get to MSH or any visiting tips...not much else nearby. To visit there again, I would stay in Castle Rock.
No buffet breakfast.

Hi Trisha, I am glad you found the room to be clean but I do apologize about the staff not helping you get to Mt. St. Helen's. There are only two roads to the mountain, so I will be talking to the staff to make sure they know those two routes. Due to COVID-19 and the health requirements laid out by our local county health department we cannot have a full buffet breakfast. It does state on our website we have limited breakfast service. We are hoping soon they will let us service a hot breakfast! Once again, I apologize for not meeting your expectations and we hope you will give us a second try.

The walls were thin enough that we could hear our neighbors clear as if they were in the same room with us. The furniture all wobbled on the cold tile floor. The bathroom door seemed like it was pulled out of a 1970’s mobile home, even leaving a gap at the top of the frame.
If this room had been a $50 Motel 6 room it would have been perfectly acceptable. But it was not. It was a $90 Best Western room.
The staff were wonderful, the location great. But unless the price drops to match the quality of the room we will be finding different accommodations in future.

Hi Maren Cagle, we apologize for exceeding your expectations, but I'm happy to hear that the service you received from our front desk staff was so wonderful. We do apologize for the noisy room, we are in the middle of a remodel of the guest rooms and trying to find something to help eliminate noise between walls, as well as replacing flooring. We hope you had a great visit to the area and a safe trip back to Northern Washington.

Helpful and friendly front desk. Rooms clean and comfortable. And they take pets a big win with us. Breakfast was like all other places, simple food. Only wish they had extra pillows in the room other than that small thing very nice hotel.
