The hotel and room were clean inside. Room was large but somewhat sparce in furnishings. Bed comfortable. Had multiple problems with keys getting erased even though we kept them separate from our cell phones and credit cards.

But, holy cow, the outside is really neglected! There was a large damaged area in the portico where you drive in. The weeds were at least 12-36+" high. The worst part, though, was the mud swallows are nesting all over the north and northeast side in the eaves. The windows and exterior doorways were covered in bird poop. If you have to stay there do NOT look up as you quickly open the door!!! There should be some kind of public heath violation for that mess.

Sir, those nests are Swallos Mud Nest with babies in them. It is a federal crime to remove or disturb Swallos Bird nests. The Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918 protects swallows and their nests. It is illegal to intentionally take, injure or kill any migratory bird. The law states that it is illegal to intentionally damage or destroy the nest, eggs or hatchlings of a swallow while it is being constructed or occupied. The Act imposes fines or imprisonment sentences for each nest, egg or bird destroyed. We have to Act humanely. If swallows have built nests in undesirable locations under the eaves of your roof or patio, work in concert with, rather than against Mother Nature. Leave the nest alone until the swallows have raised their young. To comply with the law, remove swallow nests after the swallows have departed on their migratory journey south. This nests will be removed after birds have moved on. All the weeds have been removed within our property, what you saw are weeds of Neighbour empty lot. Thanks for your understanding.

First impression is everything. I walked in to check into our room. The man working the front desk asked How many will be staying. I told him “2 adults and 2 children”. He kept pushing and saying “are you sure? Because if there is more I have to charge you extra”. I repeated my same answer and he wouldn’t stop asking! He thought I was lying to him, he even said “I will be checking the cameras!”
Who says that??? He finally started backing off when I told him I also work in the hotel industry. (Which is true).
Poor customer service. Definitely will find another hotel when we are down there again.

My apologies for any inconvenience. We have so many people check in with 2 and then bring extra 3 to 4 from side gate. This creates problem with Room Building and Choice Code. My husband and I decided to stop for the night on our way to SoCal. The nice gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Seeing that we were a young military couple, he asked us what our price range was just to make sure he gave us the best possible deal that we could get for our stay. I was excited to see the hot tub and pool after our long drive and was very surprised at how clean the pool and hot tub area was. Our room is as also immaculate, as well as a very comfy bed to lay our heads. Breakfast was great and our check out process was very quick and easy. Would definitely stay again!!

Our family of four came in tired. I’d read good reviews so we went with the south Beaver Quality Inn. So glad! The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, the sheets very soft, and breakfast filling. Definitely recommend!!
