Be aware there are no elevators. The air had not been turned on and the room was very hot. The front desk was very rude when I asked about the room being hot. I was told no other rooms were available. I was not happy.

I have shared your feedback with Housekeeper to ensure we turn AC and leave proper settings and Just to aware that We do coaching and counselling staff up to termination. Danielle was amazing, she was the best part of our stay. She deserves a raise. The hotel however needs a complete remodel. It felt as if we were back in time to the 70’s but not in a good way. It did not appear dirty but there was an very unpleasant odor in our room. I did kill a bug in the room, saw another in the hall and a large spider in the hot tub.

We were in Terrell to go diving at the Scuba Ranch. I chose this hotel because of the location and value. The lady at check in was so very friendly and helpful. I can't remember her name, but she is an asset to her employers and enjoys her job. The hotel is in a good area, close to shopping and restaurants and we even made it to the theater across the interstate to watch a movie. Breakfast was typical fare (eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, etc.) and was very good. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening. Our only issue was with someone smoking weed in one of the rooms next to us. Everytime we walked the hallway we could smell it coming from the room. I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk, but I know there isn't much she could do about it. Hopefully housekeeping smelled it the next day and charged them for smoking it in the room. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and if we return to the area, we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else !!

The staff here is the best around!! They are so concerned about how you like the room and if you need anything. Top notch service! The hotel itself is fine, a little older, but totally clean rooms, sheets, bathroom, etc...

A group of us come for First Monday Canton every September. Have always enjoyed staying here, beds are comfortable and room is clean. If you ever need something they will try and help. For having to deal with sometime 27 women they do a good job!
