Walked into my room and immediately saw holes in the comforter, my curtains were torn down and on the ground, cigarette ashes all on the floor, cigarette burns on the other comforter and walls. My shower had paint chips all on it. This hotel is absolutely disgusting and I couldn’t even get my money back. 1 star

Any time I was picking up a load in this area I have stayed at this hotel since 2008, so when I got a load I got online with Wyndham and reserved a room. It’s not a great hotel and has gone down hill some over the years but it’s where I’ve always stayed so I reserved a room. The next day I found out that the load wasn’t ready and it would be the next day before I needed the room. I called the hotel to cancel but was told that since I made the reservation through Wyndham I had to call them to cancel so I did. Wyndham said it was past this hotel’s cancellation time (24 hours before 3 pm, which was before I made the reservation), but they called the owner and let me talk to him. IF I would book a room for the next night he would only charge me half for the night I didn’t stay. I wouldn’t agree to this so he immediately charged my card full price for the room. He said if he gave away the room I had reserved I would be mad so it was same thing. He lied and said he would call me back with my room number but never did. Since I had the room I went ahead and came early. I got here and found out that he canceled my reservation as soon as he charged my card and that they had given my handicap room away. Now they put me in a room where the TV and telephone don’t work. Finally at 2 am they decide that they’ll return my money if I want to go somewhere else. A 62 year old woman trying to find a room at 2 am, he’s right, mad is not close to what I am after he canceled the room after he charged me for it. I plan on filing a complaint against him with Wyndham.

Booked this hotel through Expedia online. Booked a non smoking room. Got there. Room reaked of cigarette smoke. There was a towel in the trash can, I dared not touch it. Walked to the bathroom. Mold on the floors, in the corners of the tub. Floors dirty. Pulled back the covers, because at this point I was looking for bed bugs, and there was pubic hair along with human hair everywhere. I was so disgusted that I walked out after checking in for 10 minutes. Walked to the desk. Told the girl. She said call whoever you booked it with. Well apparently they have been down this road before and rather then answer the phone for an authorization for a refund they chose to ignore 10 phone calls from Expedia. Honestly I feel like this is a hotel that makes their money by the hour and not by the night. Definitely stay away. You might catch something. Definitely not sanitary!!! I should have taken pictures but had to get out of there it was so nasty! Typically Wyndham has a reputable name but not in my book anymore! Never again!!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Baymont Inn & Suites like a week and a half ago. They gave us the same room that they always give us when we stay at that motel. Well this time the room had a lot of things wrong with it.

There was hair in tubs,the towels were yellow, there was old candy under bed. Bed was comfortable, we had a room in the 2nd floor, going up- stairs were broken with yellow tape around. You literally had to jump over broken step. Definitely a safety hazard.
