Nice
Nice and clean hotel. Customer service was great. Heated pool would have been great. A microwave in the room would also have been nice. More kid friendly food options would have been nice. Would go back again.

Great hotel
The staff was great! The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean. We had an issue with our tv but they switched our room and we were pleased. The pool and gym is nice and clean. Shula's Steakhouse that is located in the hotel is delicious! Good location and the shuttle will take you to and from near by places like the Toyota Center and Main street.

Weekend Away
Hotel was clean, room was very nice. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Having Einstein Bagels onsite was great and their prices were surprisingly reasonable. Only drawback was no bar outside by the pool. Otherwise, a great weekend getaway and we would definitely stay here again

Old hotel, large room, clean
This is an old Hyatt so there is no Hyatt club in this location. The room is large and my upgraded suite is actually two connected rooms, both large one used as bedroom and another as sitting room. The rooms comes with complementary soft drinks. This hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool too.

Awesome Staycation
We opted for a night away in town and couldn’t have been happier with the service and accommodations. We ordered breakfast by the pool and used the shuttle to get to dinner. Everyone we encountered was accommodating.
