Then they started at 9am til noon then forced me to get out of the room I paid for and made me wait outside to clean it for over an hour. This Motel 6 is an excellent place to stay whether on a short-term basis or long-term. Mitch, the general manager, has done an excellent job in keeping the rooms clean, the property clean, and taking very good care of his patrons. The cleaning staff, which I have had quite a few interactions with, do an excellent job keeping your room clean , your bedding fresh, replenishing any towels that you need, and of course making sure you have plenty of toilet paper. I want to mention some of the cleaning staff since they have done such a great job; Leah, Maria, & Lilly. They have a nice laundry room that you can do laundry in if need to. In addition they have a very nice swimming pool, which is very clean. The location is excellent off of I-35E/ University Drive. There are numerous places to eat, not to mention a Walmart about a mile away. I would highly recommend to anybody who needs a short-term stay, or even a long-term stay to come to this location.

Came to town to visit some family! There were 4 of us in a 2 bed room and it seemed recently updated! The room was extremely clean and everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful! Great location too! There were plenty of restaurants and shops to visit less then a mile away!

Got my first room and there were 10 locusts in the room. Some dead, some still alive. Went back and got a second room and it also had some. 1 dead, and 1 alive. Avoid this place like the plague. I’m pretty easy going, but this is just disgusting.

My Room was clean, and recently updated, the Manager was very helpful, and the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, as well.
Thank you !
There are a few other hotels near by, but I stay at this one occasionally, because it's always clean, and convenient.
The Rates are very competitive, as well
