Rooms were well appointed and clean. We stayed in a suite close to exit and facing the courtyard to reduce the noise. Well soundproofed from the major highway it sits on. When you go outside your room the noise is horrendous. The suite had plenty of space. The gym is wonderful and there is a well kept mini pool if the weather is hot
The lounge area is great to look at but the hotel has become like the airlines. Selling any extra you might need. There is no food or drinks available whatsoever unless you purchase it. Not even an apple or a candy on the counter and watch your room rate as they can go way up at the blink of an eye
Sad that such a nice hotel has become so penny pinching
When I say "typical courtyard" I don't mean that in a bad way. Check in was quick-room was clean and cool--pool was clean(with towels)--lots of hot water. Ate breakfast food from the bistro and it was very good. Ladies working in bistro were very nice. Room fridge was nice and cold. Grounds were clean and lots of place to sit outside to enjoy the nice weather.
Only issue was it appeared sheets in daybed were not changed after last guests--but there were clean sheets and blankets in the closet.
We were in town to attend a football game at Cowboys stadium and this was good location away from a lot of the business. Good choices for food in the area.
Stayed there for a week with my family, where we were visiting some relatives in the area.
The hotel offers a good quality service, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Housekeeping do a good job over there.
The hotel has a small gym, which does the job perfectly for a visitor, also there is a nice small swimming pool.
The reception staff are very helpful, and they will attend your needs in case you needed anything.
There is a small restaurant at the entrance offering breakfast and dinner I think, and it is sufficient for a guest.
Finally there is a mini shop in the hotel to buy what you need anytime, the shop offers a simple selection of food, candy , meals , etc.... which are very helpful.
The only thing you might miss during your stay is having a safe box in the room ( but they offer a safe box in the reception) , also I believe any hotel should offer particular number of complementary water bottles in the rooms.
In conclusion, the hotel is really good and in a great location and the rooms are very good ( great value for money or to redeem
Stayed at this hotel as I arrived at DFW ($20 uber) and also had to attend a conference at the Texas Star Golf and Conference Center ($6 uber) in Euless. Staff was courteous and friendly. Gave me a room with patio overlooking the pool. Room comfy and clean. One of the more well stocked Courtyard pantries that I have seen. The dinner menu at the bistro is limited but still yummy. Quiet hotel too which a bonus for me!
Stayed at Courtyard Dallas DFW for one night for business. The hotel is located near DFW airport and as you come off the freeway off ramp, you will see the hotel, but have to go around the block to the street leading to the entrance, which is confusing. I used the App for check in. The hotel is the standard Marriott Courtyard format with the lobby area and Bistro combined.
The Bistro offers limited options for breakfast (eggs, oatmeal, juice, Starbucks), lunch (salad, soup) and dinner (sandwiches, pizza, flat bread, burgers, wine, beer, cocktails). The Market has the usual drinks and snacks.
Nearby restaurants included Chili’s and Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen (that you can walk to), Appleby’s, pizza, sushi and Thai restaurants, in addition to Albertsons grocery store. The hotel can provide an extensive list of restaurants, including those that deliver. Disappointed that breakfast was not included.
The amenity spaces include Fitness Center, Boarding Pass computer and Pool. Free Wifi, ice machine and the remodeled decor was very nice.
The room 209 was standard room (felt cramp) and had in room coffee, microwave, mini refrigerator, which I appreciated. The room had comfortable king bed, love seat and desk. There was only a shower stall and no tub, which was disappointing and no robe.
I thought the rate was very reasonable for this hotel. Also, has the Green Choice to forgo room cleaning to get 250 Marriott points.
