If you can at all avoid it, don't book a room with Extended Stay America Tulsa. The manager gave me a verbal quote of $xx per night for a stay from January 19 - March 7. Was a very good price.
A couple weeks later, I confirmed this price with desk clerk Ben, who said I could just check in when I got here and not to worry about advance booking.
A few days later, I get word the Chili Bowl is in town and that every room would be booked at that time. I got online but could only make the reservation at the regular price.
After three weeks of trying to get an answer from the site manager Kayleigh, she said the best she could do would be a refund of the difference between the two quotes. The corporate office said she would have to approve it. Then Kayleigh said the corporate office would have to approve it.
She told me today that, since the booking was done online, the corporate office wouldn't approve it. And we're talking about a hole in my budget to the tune of almost $600 that I was counting on to get me through this vacation break.
Corporate minions who promise something they can't deliver on are my least favorite people. I'll never book another room here, and strongly advise everyone I know to do likewise.

I live in Europe and was not certain of my travel dates so I first stopped by to ask about the rooms and facilities. The staff was amazing in filling me in on EVERYTHING ESA offered AND a detailed summary of the surrounding area and things to do. I also stopped in at the nearby hotels. While they were also friendly, they weren't as informative.

When I decided to make my reservation, the manager personally showed me the room and told me MORE about the area and things to do. I booked THAT day!

It is unfortunate hotels all over have to take steps to protect themselves from theft so guests must request things like coffee pot, cups, glasses, etc., from the front desk, but the staff is a pleasure to deal with so it's a bonus to visit when making requests and the request is filled immediately. No waiting for housekeeping to fulfill the request.

The room is clean. The kitchen is clean (important!). The bathroom is clean. (A MUST!) The bed is comfortable and has an extra pillow to start with.

Easy to find. Great parking. Multiple food choices nearby. Google the location, it would be faster than reading my list.

I am only here for the weekend but am planning future, longer, trips and will stay again. The staff alone is worth it!

My ONLY hesitation in writing this review is that future availability may be limited ;) !

Me and my mother stay here at extended stay America midtown, the staff is unfair and most of them rude, we asked to move to a different room they would not let us but they let the bird family switch rooms 3 times, that family is rude and nasty, drama all the time. It's very sad cause we will be looking for a new place to live

I have been here since February, 2019, all the staff here is very helpful and very friendly. Rooms are clean and rent is reasonable. I have mobility issues and the staff here meets all my needs. Out side is clean.laundry room is clean exercise room is clean, staff makes sure guest are safe at all times, you couldn't ask for a better place to stay. And it's pet friendly.

Dirty, filthy place,found hair in freezer also, room had missplaced remote, we checked out the next morning at 4am. The shower was clogged with hair,the room was partially cleaned. We Didn't sleep well in this place.
