Write a reviewWe only stayed 1 night and were very pleased. Upon arrival we booked in at the bar area the manager was great and very efficient. We had to have a cold beer each which was superb. The rooms are behind the pub and very easy to find with great parking. The room was great with comfortable beds and was very clean. The shower was excellent and hot. We can not fault this place and highly recommend it. The best part is the restaurant which is open all day and has fantastic food at great prices.

I was assigned Room 3. I was prepared for a 3* experience but nothing could have prepared me for this room. I booked for 4 nights as I was visiting relatives who lived nearby. The room was claustrophobic, falling apart and did not seem to be very clean - although the cockroaches I stepped on were dead. When I asked to change rooms the manager was reluctant to do anything about changing my room. It was only when I threatened to demand a refund and find other accommodation that she finally change me to a room that was acceptable but still I think overpriced.

Great place staff friendly was able to check in early and room was relaxful close to shopping center and great environment was peacful and very ensuite was good with minamal cooking facilities and would been noce if there was a cleaning cloth and teatowl to wash a plate if needed or clean ur beanch from toast crumbs

On arrival park outside rooms which where 1980's exterior. Went to Tavern to get keys which I found odd in itself. The Manager was very friendly and in a timely manner processed payment and gave us keys. Room clean but very dated and overpriced for what they where. Bathroom so small and no room to swing a cat. The air-conditioner was noisy and came out in the Ark in main bedroom. Television in kids area but not one in our bedroom. It was novel that it was behind the Tavern in a shopping centre, and could shop at your front door. Do not think we would stay here again.

The check in process is done in a cluttered poky wee office just off the main restaurant. There is nothing to tell you where reception for check in is. You pay upfront for your stay. We were given room 1 which was spacious and clean. Great shower.mThe wifi was dismal and we only got online one evening out of our weeks stay. The staff were very unhelpful and not very clued up on how to get us online. 😡. The room is fairly well equipped, but you have to wash your cups etc in the bathroom sink. There was an idiot guest who chose to bang very loudly on our door at 01.30am. Other than that it was quiet. When we went later in the evening to ask about the poor wifi the restaurant was shut, so if you are having a late checkin you need to tell them. You have to bang on the door before 9am to see a member of staff as they don't seem to open early either. Decent enough stay fir our needs, apart from the dismal wifi.
