We had a i bedroom upstairs villa and found it to be very comfortable.
The room and kitchen was very well equipped and comfortable, The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals.
The entire villa was spotlessly clean.
The only problem that we had was the car parking space. With a number of large vehicles parked it was difficult to reverses down a narrow drive to reach the street.
The staff were all friendly and helpful

Location was good. Right in front of the beach, restaurants within walking distant.
Staff was friendly & check in was easy.

Beautiful location .
Two mins walk to cafes etc.
Pelican feeding across the road .
Place was clean and tidy .
Plenty of towels provided .
Large bedrooms .
Quiet at night

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. We were in a ground floor 1 bedroom unit which was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy which is always a plus.
Unfortunately there was no seafront view from our unit and even though there is an outside seating area for unit it adjoins the parking areas and isn't a usable space unfortunately. There is also a pool but we didn't use it.
The parking was a tight squeeze and was bit hard to navigate around large 4WD's especially when they didn't pull in as much as they should.
It is in good position to get around to shops, cafes, pub and pelican feeding. Whilst we enjoyed our stay and complex is well maintained, we would probably look for a place with a bit of an outside area to sit out in the sun away from the wind.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay.
We stayed in a ground floor 1 bedroom ground floor unit. It was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy. There is only a seafront view to limited units and even though there was a table outside our unit, it was was not a spot you would sit (car park area).
The only minor issue was the car parking which is quite tight especially with large 4WD's.
Good spot to walk to pub, shops and the pelican feeding and would stay there again.
