Our room had bed bugs!!! We later learned that they were aware of it and still rented out the room. Disgusting!! It was also VERY dirt and poorly lit. In addition, they couldn't give us a key that worked. We had to go to the esk every time to have them open up the door. This room was $99 plus tax - WAY TOO MUCH for the quality.
A public bathroom in a gas station is cleaner. The room is horribly filthy. Loads of trash behind the stand between the beds. The walmart receipt there was dated from March..seven months prior to our stay. Something dried in the bathroom sink with hair. And the hairdryer plug is broke and plugged in. And the worse thing is that after we woke up we found two bedbugs. I was very disgusted. Now I have to be careful I dont bring anything home with me. This place should be shut down. Paid $120. I've stayed at way better class of hotel for that price. I will never come here again. And now i will.forever question every other super 8 hotel. Worse hotel experience ever.
In town last Saturday night and only hotel available. Friends told me not to stay but I didn't listen. Went to room, sink facet dripped all night, several burn holes in sheets and TV didn't work.
The worst was, got home and a day later developed a rash, I believe to be from Bed Bugs!!!! Didn't see any or it was some type of weird reaction to whatever they used to wash (if they washed) the sheets.
Firstly, they charged me $140 online. I got there, and got stuck in the infamous room 101. My key card didn’t work. So anytime I wanted access, I had to go to the desk.
When I first entered the room, it had a funny smell, and my first act of business was to wipe human feces up off the bathroom floor. Behind the toilet was moldy, and the tub hasnt been cleaned in months.
I left the room, and returned at night. After asking the clerk for entry, I entered the room and hit the light switch. This is when I realized there was no light in the room. I had to stumble to the desk lamp and use that for the night.
Disgusting, gross. I wouldn't stay here if you paid me. We have reached out time and time again, they simply don’t care about the state of the hotel or their customers.
We walked into the front lobby or the breakfast area not sure what you call it as they're a combined area. The front desk clerk was unorganized and didn't have clue what he was doing. When we got to the counter he told us our room might not be ready because they were doing "payroll" in it, now mind you this was at 5PM on a Saturday night. Who does payroll in a hotel room??? He proceeded to walk away from the desk and open the door to room 101 which is the first room off the lobby yelled something and out rolled like 5 people and he was like that's your room...umm nope not happening! We walked out! Who ever owns this business should be embarrassed!
