Write a reviewGave us a room that people were staying in even though they said it was empty so we had to find another room, TV didn’t work, bugs in our room, hardly any toiletries (just soap), food overpriced, definitely not worth $250 a night. Only pro was that the door is soundproof so you can’t hear people screaming and blasting their music.

Thankfully my dad was at a campground near by, so we only came to sleep, the room above us sounded like a stampede of elephants and had zero curtesy for us. Extremely loud and they are stomping around. We have a one year old! NEVER AGAIN

TV didn't work. Internet didn't wor . Carpet never vacuumed. Animal hair all over floor and toilet in the bathroom. Moldy grout on shower floor. Stood on a towel to shower. If it wasn't a sold out weekend in LG. I would of gladly paid more money to stay elsewhere. When telling the guy at the front desk. I assumed the owner. He shrugged his shoulders and brushed it off. They charged me a pet fee. Never had any pet w me. I tried calling the hotel all day finally called the travelodge reservation line and got customer care. The customer care asked why I didn't try the property. I did!! All day long. Then she tried. And to no surprise she comes back on. I got no answer. I did get the pet refund This place sucks!!

Poor service, poor breakfast and no one at the front desk to get assistance from. Orange juice was sour, room was not vacuumed and had to try to find someone to replenish our toilet paper. No room service to make our beds and no one around to get any assistance from.

This was the third part of my New York road trip...now in Lake George. Run the other way! Scary! Room was fumigated for bugs so couldn't breathe... couldn't even walk in! Creepy guy in charge. Noone around. No other car in sight. Moved on immediately!
