The location on south Atlantic derive is very close to stores, restaurants, hop on the other roads and freeways to get to fun. The beach is right there. Only issue was the internet on the 5th floor was really sketchy. Nice pool area.

We enjoyed our stay here but wish we had known that we would be across the street from pool and beach. Make sure to double check that when booking. Pool and beach area are very nice and the two bedroom unit that we were in was roomy and fit our family well.

Our family has been coming here for over 20 years and have wonderful memories of this resort. We have stayed in several different units and have been pleased with each layout. The maintenance and cleanliness have been acceptable every time. The balconies have plenty of room and comfortable furniture compared to some. The larger area around the pool and the code entry gates around the pool are great improvements since my last visit. No carpet is also a plus in cleanliness. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Views of the Atlantic. Easy walk down to Flagler for dinner, snack or drink.

Room Tip: Oceanfront are also pool front; a bit louder if sitting on your balcony.

Lovely rooms with comfy beds . We had a nice ocean view . Condo was clean and newly decorated. Pools were nice and clean .Ocean access was right there as well as a foot washer . Will return again with family of 6 had a two bedroom .

We purchased a 2BD/2BA oceanview while the unit was in the building stage. Our children grew up coming to Coconut palms beach resort. The intimate family environment affords a quiet vacation with an ocean view and pool. There are planned activities or you can just enjoy the beach and surrounding activities such as Cape Canaveral, New Smyrna, and Daytona Beach. The condo is also about an hours drive from Disney. The units vary in layout. There are some 2BD/2BA that the rooms are side by side, while others have a front bedroom and back bedroom design. There is a building across the street where the condo's do not have a beach view, but less than a 100 yards to the ocean. Down the street, there is a fantastic shuffleboard area and tennis courts. When we can not use our condo, it is quickly snatched up by family hoping to spend a relaxing week at the beach. We have enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony in addition to boats and the ocean. There is a nice covered area for BBQ's next to the pool. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great vacation location.

Hello, if the units have not yet been assigned----you then can request an upper oceanfront....good luck, but don't count on oceanfront, Larry
