Stayed here for a week all inclusive in the middle of October. Me and my partner had booked a Premier room.. At check in we were told these are across the street (that was fine) when We went over we were left to find the room for ourselves just being told to go up the 2nd staircase. For other people to be aware if you book a 'Premier' room there could be up to 4 flights of stairs to go up, no lift available. Was fine for us as we are capable of doing so but they didn't make us aware on booking or checking in that there was so many steps. Rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. Nice big balcony which had an amazing view. The hotel overall was decent and kept pretty clean. Due to the time of year we visited and it being out of season a lot of the hotel seemed to be shut down. We were told the beach bar was closed on check in but when walking round hotel saw another 3 bars which were also closed. Was very quiet in the day and plenty of room around the pool (downside there was constantly loads of wasps all around there) and no ques for breakfast and lunch. However for evening meal every night we were there up to 4 coach loads of people arrived meaning it was very busy. Food was horrendous, no other way to describe it. Absolutely nothing was hot, even when I watched them put fresh food out and went straight up. Poor choice for every meal and breakfast was exactly the same every day. I'm not a fussy eater but I struggled.. We ended up going out for evening meal 3 times during our stay. Which was cheap enough to do. No diet pop/drinks available on all inclusive. When we asked bar staff as my partner is diabetic they just said no and walked away, not helpful at all. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, but all of the bar staff we came across apart from one lady (didn't get her name) were plain rude, unhelpful and ignored us frequently whilst we were waiting at bar.
Beautiful place to visit and would return to the area just not the hotel.
Croatia is the most beautiful country, sadly this hotel spoilt that. There was no help finding the rooms once we had checked in, it was a bit of a free for all. The rooms are basic but clean. The food is ok, always found something to eat even if it was a mixture of random bits. I wish the hotel did something to deter the wasps as there are hundreds of them, everywhere. We tried to sit around the pool but the wasps were everywhere and would not leave you alone.
The bar was help yourself, no bar staff to help. Pouring your own drinks etc. I don’t know if this is because of the time of year we attended.
It is very quiet around the time we visited as it is the end of the season, but we thought at least some places would be open - we were wrong.
This hotel would not be suitable for anyone who needs help walking, or is in a wheelchair as there are lots of stairs.
If you want a quiet retreat and don’t mind wasps, walking far and average food, then go for it, it just wasn’t for me.
Hotel Labibeca is a pleasant hotel on the outskirts of the little town of Gradac. The hotel staff is friendly and the hotel's facilities are comfortable. The whole hotel is clean. Balconies are somewhat small for families - if you are traveling alone or in a pair, the balcony is perfectly suitable. At the height of the tourist season there is a problem with car parks for caravans - this is a biggest disadvantage of the hotel. The food is very tasty and varied. The beach is pebbly and partly in the natural shade. It is possible to rent sun loungers and parasols. The pool is large enough and the sun loungers with the outdoor pool are enough even at the peak of the season. Gradac is a perfect starting point for wonderful excursions to the islands: Korcula and Hvar and the mainland: Mostar, Dubrovnik, Medzogorje, Makarska ... In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful Dalmatian towns: Podaca and Brist
I recommend to families and individuals.
We where on vacation in a litlle town called Gradac in hotel Labineca and we had all inclusive. We were not satisfied. Everithing was poor. Air conditional was not working. It was hot in rooms. Brekfast was ok but fruit wasnt fresh. The elevator was constantly occupied. Food was ok but the stuff had too small portions and sometimes you have to wait for food. You must pay for parking and sometimes we didnt have the place to park. The pool in front of hotel opened at 10 and water is dirty. The wiev from hotel was fabolous.
We were in the hotel for 8 nights all-inclusive. At our arrival, the hotel didn't have any more parking spaces so we have to park on private land 300m away from the hotel ( price was 40kn/per day). The receptionist was ok but in the end, they didn't say thank you for your stay. Cleaning lady on our floor was very friendly and helpful. Food was great and drink bar was always fooled. The pool was nice but in the end, you went swimming in see not in the pool. As we were on the 5th-floor lift was terrible slow so we were taking stairs most of the time :) All together I was satisfied but they need to improve facilities in the hotel.
