We stayed at Ktima Anastasia for 3 nights during October. It is located 5-10 minutes by car from Nafplio in a nice place among orange and olive trees. There is a big free parking zone in Nafplio so going there by car is never a problem. The room was clean and convenient, with a nice terrace and kitchen facilities. The hotel owner is always trying to suggest good places to eat and visit. We appreciated a lot the quietness and privacy of the place.

I think I have so many to say but let's be short:
- quiet.
- clean.
- 5 minutes from Nafplio, parking available.
- the decoration is cosy, just like a home and not a hotel room.
- the room has all the necessary equipment for the kitchen (dishes, pots...) and much more (sponge, dish soap, sugar and coffee to make Greek coffee).
- there is a big table with umbrella, so you can stay outdoor during the summer.
- the owner (Mrs Vicky) is always on her phone (at least) to help you. With the booking confirmation by email, we received also a list with all the archaeological sites of Argolida, including the opening hours, the entrance fee and the phones for each one. At the arrival we received 2 (different) maps of Nafplio, and 1 booklet about the places around Argolida. Of course she proposed 3 restaurants, we went on 2 of them and both was veeeery good. Moreover she explained us the best way to go to our destination, to avoid any traffic!

I'm looking forward to go again!!

Wonderful place to stay with a family and see all the beauties of the Argolid.
We stayed there 5 days with our 3 children. Place is beautiful and quiet. The owner is very anxious to make your stay enjoyable.
Nafplio is about 5 minutes by car, and it is easy to travel anywhere in Argolis from there.
We had the studio with a bed room and a kitchen/family room where our 3 children slept (2 on the sofa bed, another on an extra bed).

You can enjoy both the pleasure of Nafplio and the quietness of this place at night !

We stayed at Ktima Anastasia with 2 of our kids (10 & 7 years old). We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was well organized & clean + plus very beautiful. The kids loved to play on the lawn (hide and seek, catch etc.). It is a quiet location away from the city but only 5 minutes from Nafplio. The management were very friendly.

The apartment is located about five to seven minute drive outside of Nafplio in a place called New Tyrins, which is a separate town but really more like a quiet suburb of Nafplio. While there are buses that take you in, you definitely want a car if you are staying here. Having said that, if you have a car, this is a great place to stay. It is quiet, clean, comfortable (AC, Internet, TV--if that matters--a little kitchen area and refrigerator) and a view of the Palamini Fortress off in the distance. And it is only about a kilometer from the Tyrins Acropolis, one of the most important and best preserved Mycenean citadels. The valley that surrounds Nafplio is populated by lots of small towns, all of which are near by in a car. For instance, Argos is only about a ten minute drive, Mycenae is about twenty minutes, Karathona Beach (the beach on the other side of Nafplio) is ten minutes and even Corinth is only forty-five minutes away. Thus, this location is an ideal base for car travelers.

While this is called an apartment, it is more like a hotel room with a little kitchen area. There are a few rooms in the complex. Don't expect to be totally alone in your own place. But we rarely saw anybody else and while the manager lives with family on the premises, they were not noisy and were quite pleasant.

I should say something about the woman who runs the apartments: she is kind, as accommodating as you can ask for, and keeps everything in good order. She doesn't speak English very well, but between the two of you, she will make sure that if there are any concerns or problems she will help you. She called information for us to get the number of our next stay and then called them to let them know when we were arriving, she did laundry for us (although that isn't part of the service), and provided a map and explanations of how to get around. She obviously takes pride in trying to make your vacation as good an experience as it can be.

The place is a little tricky to find your first time. It seems remote at first until you drive into town a second time and learn the roads, and then you see it's actually quite easy and you are quite near a major motor way.

All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment: easy access to Nafplio (by car), easy access to major roads, quite and comfy and a very nice manager.
