I'm giving one star, because of the SPA. I am totally shocked how this hotel even works. The personnel were drawn straight from the jungle as they think everything's client's issue/problem. Something is wrong - it's your damn problem!!!! You're not happy customer ? - We still don't give a f... They claim they are the best hotel in the area. They are such a JOKE. I've paid 1.5K for 2 rooms for 3 days, but still yet you need to pay twice the price of the beer for ...water. Are you nuts?
Personnel is totally not giving a f about you as they don't see you as a customer - they are seeing you as a someone that's intruding their day to day mission just to look awesome.
Issues, that you will face at arrival day - you should pray for parking space. They are free space to park, but only if you are movie star or some playa from the city. You are not famous? You don't drive 200K car ? No parking for you, mate. I've asked why I cannot park in the front of the hotel - I've been told a movie/series are being shooting at the moment. I've asked them who decides who can and can't park in front of the hotel- there is a mystery lady (manager) and she will decide will you park or not. If you're are movie star in our country - no problem you will have a spot.
Issues on your first dinner - quantity over quality. You want to drink water or beer with your dinner - dolla,dolla,bill ya. I was explained that the machines with juice/water are being stopped at dinner time, as they would not make any money, as no one would purchase from the bar. Are fn kidding me? You're total BS.
Issues with your room day 1 - you grabbed not-overpriced water from the neaeby store and you want to share it with your friends? Surprise, motherf**a - no glasses in the room. Consistently they were not having glasses, cutlery. They claim they are comply with Covid rules for having 50% space filled in the restaurant - yeah, right - check my videos for this location. They are bribing the guys, that are checking for capacity in the hotel/restaurant/bar industry, so they are doing what the hell they want. The personnel thing they are untouchables by some reason. Lots of ignorance, combined with arrogance, lack of experience and service is something that consistently made me angry.
I would not even stop on things of the room that were dirty, dusty and not so clean at all..
Day two - after spending some (most) of your time, waiting for personnel to test your anger limits, you will find the SPA center. It's good. It actually the only thing that's good.
Disclaimer:after 17.00 there is no physical space in the pool/hot tub , so either go before, or you're fckd.
Lots of children that are non-stop yelling, lots consistently jumping in the pool, little to none WiFi.
I'm totally wondering how this thing actually still works.

I've told the reception guys you will get this review here. You think it's OK to mess with normal people, just because? I hope you will be taken down soon and you will be filling in for bankruptcy as you don't have any quality to be in the tourist business. If I can make just 1 client to be spared from your bad service, while reading this review - mission accomplished.
