We arrived on a Tuesday and stayed for only 2 nights. We were willing to pay the expense obviously since we booked our stay but we expected a little more "oomph" to our buck to be honest. Check in was great and having a small dog with us, taking a patio room was perfect. The gym and pool are awesome, especially since they had a lap pool (which you don't see often in hotels) and a separate pool for kids. This is where the positive experience ends.

There was NO room service. At $600+/night you should have room service. They have a restaurant in the hotel and the food was good and presented well but nothing to rave about and the cost was over-the-top. The restaurant refused take out service. What?! In the age of COVID... are you serious? They force you to eat in the restaurant. However they do have "to-go" containers, so I didn't know what the issue was. After asking an employee that worked there, he said "it's management's decision..." I found this to be unacceptable.

They have laundry accommodations (2 w/2d) in the whole building for guests to use and NO signs or rules. If they don't want to get involved in disputes, they should post signs and have a wait list rather than leave it up to guests that are not very honorable. It's a simple thing to do to prevent arguments from breaking out. It would be easy for them to do because their machines are all on a timer.

The room we had was a suite. It had an adjoining room. They should do better to provide more insulation between rooms. We literally heard the neighbor's phone getting messages (it pinged for hours because the guest was not there and left their phone). We could hear their conversations. We may have well just opened the door between us.

We liked the area though - it's really far from the bustle of tourist core!! If you want to be closer to tourist core, I suggest another hotel.

Tourist Pup Corner: Plenty of places to pee and poop if you walk around! There are areas AROUND the golf course as well as private homes and condos in the back with grassy areas to go. Otherwise, it's all rock and pepples. Please pick up after your fur baby and help us keep pet-friendly hotels available!! Always keep your fur baby on a leash because not all are friendly and well-socialized.

Stayed five nights and found the experience generic and nothing special. At a rate just north of $300 you are paying for being in Sedona and the red rocks, not the hotel. If this hotel were in Scottsdale the rate would be $200 at most.

Service throughout was nice enough, but more reactive to what you ask for than anticipating your needs or engaging in conversation or making eye contact. Restaurant service team were running for all our visits and shared they need more staff. Gym and spa team were great. Pool area had limited service.

Guest room was clean except couch that had several large stains. Furniture and carpet also showing some wear and neglect. The theme of worn carpet and furniture carried its way into hallways, the lobby and the restaurant patio.

It is a nice property but certainly not on par with $300 per night or up to Hilton standard in both service and upkeep.

Great location near several hiking spots. You can walk to a few restaurants and an ice cream spot. Room was clean and hotel felt modern. My favorite part was the gym and pools. Gym is great for a hotel and even includes indoor hot tub in locker room. There are two pools to enjoy including a lap pool. The hotel bar has great TVs so perfect to watch a game. Pic is view from room balcony

Hilton at Bell Rock is a solid 4 star hotel in Sedona. I stay here at least 2x yearly for business. For a business location, it’s very good. The conference rooms are well equipped and the rooms are very large with sitting area, kitchen, and bedroom. The gym is exceptional.

This is not my favorite location in Sedona for a couples or romantic getaway. The rooms do not have great views despite the location. However, we do appreciate that they are dog friendly and staff is always great.

Excellent option if you need to get work done.
