Beautiful property, welcoming staff. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sedona but away from the hustle and bustle of uptown. The pool area was very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

We stayed in May and the weather was beautiful. The resort is situated in a nice location. There is a daily resort fee of $35. along with the daily fee for the room accommodation. Parking can be challenging as there are very limited places and usually are very full by 5:00 p.m. The desk staff seemed overwhelmed at times and there is only one concierge service agent. She was brusque at times and not helpful. In addition, she was not always available in person to talk with while we were there. The restaurant was lacking in menu choices and there was no room service. There is a small bar area and two bartenders on duty. They tried their best to keep up with orders and seemed friendly. The accommodations for the price were overpriced. The room we stayed in said it would accommodate 3 people. However, that would have been very tight in getting around in the room. Drawer and storage space were very limited. Only one sink in the bathroom and hardly any storage for toiletries, etc. No daily maid service. The guest washer and dryer on the second floor is for all guests to use. There were only two washers and dryers in a small room. Average rating for this Hilton and way overpriced compared to other resorts or hotels in Sedona or close by.

We are long time Hilton members. We do not always rate the Hilton well. This one was very good, not great. First they said in emails that if you request you can get your room cleaned. We did and they said no. We purchased room with breakfast. Well that is totally not correct. You get a credit for part of your breakfast. If you have coffee and juice you have used up most of your allowance. Not right. As a Diamond member I am entitled to continental, when I purchase a full breakfast I should get it all.
As a diamond member I was entitled to an upgrade. I was told they had none but when I went on the web site to book a room for the same period it said I could book the next room up. Hmmmm I do not think people will check on them. Was not happy about them not honoring the membership. Not first time I have seen this in the Hilton chain.
Staff was very helpful since we arrive prior to check in and they did take our bags up for us as we went into town to explore.
Travel is slow. One road with round a bouts. Traffic backed up for miles. A closer hotel might have been better. You need to go to town for most things.
Night was magical with the outside fire. Entertainment every night for two hours. Good music and nice people.
We had a mountain view but only from bed. When you went into the living room you saw all the other buildings between you and the mountain. Kind of killed the experience of Red Mountain View.
Yes I would go back.

The A/C in our room never got cold so we had to ask for a fan, but that didn't help much either. Pool chairs are worn and torn. The restaurant was nice and food was excellent. Room was cozy but way too warm despite us keeping curtains closed all day making it uncomfortable for us to sleep in.

One of my daughters had a room with two bedrooms, plus a kitchen area with table and chairs and an area with a couch and tv. It was very roomy. One of my other daughters had a room with sleeping area and a couch and tv. It was roomy. I don't know what the hotel called each of those. I don't know if each had a balcony.
