All the rooms are connecties to a center living room, where you can relax and take a drink. Home like feeling with a tv and kitchen you can use.
You can walk to the center of town and come back after a great meal and wine in one of the fine restaurants.

Bianca and the team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Even hosted breakfast for my son who was visiting:) Cleanliness great and service. Would have been nice to have TV in room instead of in common area.

We enjoyed the stay at the lodge however I did not like that they did not have Television set in the rooms. I felt so disturbed if some one want to watch the channel of their choice I had to leave just to give them chance also.
And it is so not good to watch television in the dinning hall while others are still sleeping some people need peace and quite. I hope next time I come there will be a television in the room.

Using Google maps we the instructions provided, we had no trouble finding The Avenues. We arrived early - and during load shedding, but they were happy to let us leave our suitcases..
5 minutes walk into Stellenbosch with its great shops and restaurants.
Lovely big sitting room for guests to congregate in the evening; unfortunately we were all too tired and went straight to bed after our meal in the village.
A full breakfast available next morning - plenty of choice.
Bernice and all the ladies were very friendly and helpful, filling our flask and advising us of a couple of places to visit on our way to Hermanus.

This beautiful Guest House is Centrally situated and within short walking distance to Shops, Restaurants, Botanical Gardens and Coetzenberg Stadium.
The B&B is beautifully decorated and spotless. Our Room was cozy & comfortable.
The Staff were super accommodating & friendly. Our Children who are are University were welcome to join us for Breakfast in the morning, which was an added bonus and greatly appreciated!
Breakfast was superb!
The Parking is "Off-Road", but not secure - this was my only concern.
The B&B is beautifully decorated and spotless. Our Room was cozy & comfortable.
