A great small boutique guest house. Friendly, clean, great 1st floor room, great pool and sunbathing areas, lovely food etc etc etc. No sea view but lovely mountain views and quiet. They make you feel v comfortable and will do anything to make your stay a great one.
Also, it is very sheltered from the wind unlike Camps Bay as an example. We'll be back IF we can get in : )

Having made my reservation for the 2Inn1 many months ago I had a lot of time to build my expectations. That can be dangerous and lead to disappointment but not in this case. Our visit exceeded our expectations in every way.
Every compliment you've seen on Trip Advisor is deserved. I have never stayed anywhere with a more capable and engaged staff. The room, the cell phone, the food and the concierge services and the ambience were all perfect
We left a transformer behind and didn't have time to return for it as we were beginning a tour that started at another hotel. Imagine our surprise when it was delivered by someone from the 2Inn1. Now that's service!

We travelled to the 2inn1 kensington as our first guesthouse on our 18day stay South Africa. The guest house was easy to find and is positioned beautifully on the slopes of Table Mountain and with a view of Lion's Head. We were greeted on the doorstep as we drove up outside. On arrival we were offered tea and discussed our plans Steffie organised our afternoon at the V&A waterfront and then evening food at Baia (which serves amazing shellfish).
Klaus, Chris, Steffi, Kerstin and thw whole team were so inviting and friendly. Our room a standard room in the new portion of the house, with a beautiful bathroom with large 2 person shower and underfloor heating. Turndowns and little somethings were an added touch as were the use of a mobile - which came in handy for our communication with my best friend a South African getting married that week. Breakfast is taken in the main house and was lovely with a full buffet of continental hams, cheeses, yogurts and fruit and cooked as requested. We only spent 2 nights here but we loved every moment and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a guesthouse in Cape Town.

Our title says it all - I'm so grateful we found 2inn1 - it has made our holiday the trip of a lifetime - memories to treasure for ever and ever. It's a home from home - can't say enough about 2inn1 and we just really echo everyone elses 5* reviews on here. Even the final touch of an email yesterday to check we'd got home ok and thanking us for our stay - so sweet. It's such a relaxing place, superb staff and service, delicious food - a birthday was celebrated one morning with fresh, and still warm, chocolate muffins with a candle and champagne - the staff here just always go that extra mile - they know all the best restaurants, their taxi contact (Sport) is fab with a mobile too. Perfect location - so close to Table Mountain. Sundowners start your evening off - perhaps even with a jacuzzi! Our room, even without balcony, was AMAZING - love the chocs at night at turn down time! Again, wow, wow, wow and thank you, thank you, thank you to all at 2inn1 xxx

We recently stayed here for just one night! It was an amazing place, we would have loved to stay longer. The whole team made us feel like you were staying with friends, breakfast was wonderful and the room was gorgeous!! We will deffinately be back, it was a pleasure!!
