I was looking for a quiet and safe accommodation. And Olive Grove was the perfect place. Very nice owners, splendid room and good food. The porcupine trail is recommended. If you like a dark sky for star gazing Olive Grove is ideal.

Easy to reach with clear directions. A little off freeway but road is fine. Nice and secure. Welcoming receptionist and a wholesome evening three course meal. Room was neat and clean with air con - thank goodness - clean linen and comfortable beds. A beautiful pool area, space to Braai and in the midst of the olives.

Still as beautiful as ever, in its massive olive orchards. The room has everything one needs, including a good aircon and free Wi-Fi. The Karoo dinner, which used to be leg of lamb, is now shanks of lamb but the vegetable were good. Excellent Chenin Blanc with the meal – Badsberg. Breakfast not as good – white toast instead of brown and very overcooked eggs. There is a small shop that offers lovely olive products, well worth browsing – got lots of nice presents for friends at home.
