We stayed 2 nights at Madi a Thavha and everything was perfect. The staff is very nice and professional. We loved the warm welcome, the suite, the pool and the attentions during the day and the diner (great food and wines).
We have been very pleased to discover the local culture but also the wonderful landscapes of Limpopo. The craft shop is also very nice and full of temptation.
We loved the project involving local people and our stay there.
Don not miss if you visit Limpopo!
We recently stayed here for 2 nights....only wished it had been more....the location is beautiful, the room was absolutely amazing....filled with wonderful art, the pool was clean with lovely seating either under the lapa or by the poolside....the food was delicious and was cooked to our likes and dislikes....the staff was very accomodating....we did their selfdrive to some of the local artist studios....would loved to return someday
Its got nice spots to chill, enjoy a cold drink by the pool, green all over......mmm the nice unpoluted breeze......very nice. Arts items sold inside, originally hand made items.....beautiful..... Peaceful and great service....
Rooms are really beautiful and clean. You need to be at set times for diner. 7 o clock, We don t like that and would like to choose our own time. There was complete silence in the dining room, very strange and akward feeling. Breakfast is not possible early mornings. Diner and breakfast is great. Wifi only available at the rooms near the restaurant Only 5 or 6 chairs at the swimming pool.
Lovely room but think it could be very hot in summer as it no air conn or fans, nice pool area, staff great and evening meals beautiful, great value for money. Perfect for Louis Trichardt to stock up at Pick n Pay before entering Kruger. Interesting cultural/craft building on site.
