Write a reviewThanks to The Capital on Bath, what an awesome hotel stay myself and my team had. Reminded me of a beach holiday minus the beach! Not only did we make full use of the facilities including the pool and gym, but breakfast was fantastic and memorable (read: good coffee, bacon and coco pops for my inner child to revel in). The staff we friendly and extremely helpful, especialyl given that we checked in well after 8pm. Thanks to everyone, would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable yet stylish and comfortable accommodation in Joburg's city centre.

My room had no view at all..Swimming pool way too small and too deep. Fitness centre was ok. Bed was comfy. Each unit has cooking facilities and when i phoned before my arrival i was told my unit would not have such a facility as it was a standard unit, so what a disappointment on arrival to see it there and i couldnt bring my own food. nothing memorable about my stay to speak of.

Not luxury accommodation but good value for money. If you are looking for a clean and affordable place in the city The Capital on Bath is perfect. It’s located in the heart of Rosebank and walking distance from Rosebank Mall and Guatrain station. They don’t offer 24 Hour room service but there are plenty of restaurants near by and it is uber eats friendly. Rooms were comfortable and most importantly clean, the standard room is a spacious for sharing, lovely shower. Location is OKAY, not very scenic. Facilities were okay too, small gym and pool. I do feel like the entertainment area could be improved. Staff were friendly and attended to our requests promptly. Would recommend to solo travelers and couples, not very family friendly. Would love to compare the different locations to provide a better quality review.

Enjoyed my stay with five friends, it is in close proximity to malls and public transport. The pool and gym are a good touch. I just hope minor things such as dish cloths will be available in the near future.

This property was excellent in every way. I booked a room for my family of four. It was spacious and clean. There was a well-appointed kitchen and a washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. There is a small gym and pool, but we did not use either. Staff service was exemplary and the breakfast was excellent with many choices. The hotel is well located within walking distance of the Rosebank Gautrain station, the Rosebank Mall (the mall was large with many stores and restaurants and a movie theater), and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus. If we return to Johannesburg, this is where we will stay again.
