Pool review highlights

... easily. It took us some loops to find the the hotel lobby actually sitting on the second floor above the parking. The hotel was not busy while I was there, and breakfast at the restaurant was pretty good with absence of huge crowds. The pool was closed so need to check it out next time's visit.
... The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was terrific. I was sorry we didn't have time to enjoy the excellent fitness center or lovely pool. The fitness center looks much better than those in most hotels, and treadmills even had water bottles and clean folded towels on each machine....

So we initially booked to stay at Qube Hotel but upon check in we were told we had been upgraded to Primus as there was a Jazz Festival and Qube was full. Well we were amazed at our hotel room, superb to say the very least. Lovely king size bed, push button to open the curtains from your bed and giant bath overlooking Shanghai. Gorgeous room! Staff were awesome. Swimming pool and gym were huge and both great facilities. Free shuttle to Disney. We had a free breakfast as well included in our stay and it is a buffet which includes many western dishes. A absolutely perfect stay! Gorgeous staff and stunning facilities. Well done Primus Hotel. Amazing place to stay.

Stayed here for overnight flight connection near PVG airport.
Decent price for its good quality. Brand new and very quiet hotel with noise-insulation windows. So no worries of annoying noise from nearby flights landing and taking off.The balcony is a bit of joke , small and tiny but good view towards the sea.
Location is perfect. 15 mins ride Free shuttle bus between airport and even to Disney Shanghai. The hotel entrance is a bit confusing for as there are three hotels on the same site next to each other. And the Chinese name of these three hotels are so similar the cab driver could not tell them apart easily. It took us some loops to find the the hotel lobby actually sitting on the second floor above the parking.

When our flight out of Shanghai was cancelled, the airline booked us into this hotel for the night. I was sorry we couldn't stay here longer. Our room was large and well appointed and the large grey marble bathroom had a separate tub and shower and a separate toilet room. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was terrific. I was sorry we didn't have time to enjoy the excellent fitness center or lovely pool. The fitness center looks much better than those in most hotels, and treadmills even had water bottles and clean folded towels on each machine. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is ideally located near Pudong airport. It looks very nice and the room & bathroom are top class. Service is poor: few staff understand english well. Restaurant is ok - breakfast is very good. Most disappointing was the fact that the huge swimming pool and wellness area were closed. There's no business centre - no ATM... A hotel without a soul - disappointing!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is huge including the grounds. It is a 3 star facility, then a section 4star and another section that is 5 star.
A massive complex still having construction in some spots. A big array of food in the 4 star area, but the 5 star was a brilliant breakfast -we had one morning there as our dining area was closed on the last day.
There isa small shop in the 3 star hotel, or 10 minutes walk away. We almost walked to Florentine from here accidentally, the big outlet centre. Florentine is about 5min taxi trip -we went twice, so between 16 to 23 RMB (4-$5 AU) each way. When at Florentine, go to gate 1 and the information centre will book a taxi for you.
This hotel has a good gym, the pool was not available. We saw hardly anyone at this hotel and it is huge. It is out of town, almost nothing near it. But they do offer shuttle to airport (about 15min).
You can catch a taxi to the train station and then into Shanghai.
