Write a reviewIn contrary to the reviews on tripadvisor, we had an unpleasant experience. As a couple with two small children, the hotel charged us almost double the price promising us a room with an extra bed. This room smelled bad and so we got another room, only to find out at night the airconditioning wasn't working.... We had a bad night and left the next morning. The personnel (except for the manager) is friendly, the pool and location are fine, but don't go here in the hot season (August-October) and don't expect comfortable rooms. Better go to "Le Phenix", which offers good quality, large and comfortable rooms with working airconditioning, a nice pool and the same beach at the same rates.

I stayed here two nights after a week of working in Senegal and was very satisfied. The price is quite reasonable, the room i had did not smell of damp like so many hotel rooms at this price but felt comfortable and clean. There is a small pool and many tables looking right out on to the beach. i ate here both nights and the food was really excellent!

Over environment at L’hotel Coeur Senegal was very nice that suitable for a good a stay. Me and my wife were given an averagely sized hotel room which was not a problem at all. Large enough for two of us. The bathroom too was nice, maintained and clean. Bed was comfortable which offered sound night sleep, Other amenities in the hotel were average but honestly one cannot seek more than that on such affordable price. An affordable accommodation run and assisted by helpful group of staffs.
