Manora garden is a peaceful quiet place to stay and hosts are very attentive to all our needs. The first night we had a small room with a fan and it was too warm for me to sleep! the next day a room with air conditioning was available and it was perfect! The bungalows are in a rubber plantation with lots of birds and flowers, it is beautiful! The meals prepared by Nui are some of the best we had in Thailand, It's the only time we had brown rice in 2 months! She cares to prepare the best food for her costumers...Gérard is a very nice guy with lots of stories to tell! He organized a day going cycling around the town. They have very good bicycle to rent for a low price. It was amazing to discover this town that is not very touristic at all....we saw caves, temples, animals, the nicest caves we saw during our trip and we visited more than 20! it is worth paying to go in. we stop to eat at a private house where they were doing the best satay chicken.... I would recommend this tour to everyone! The day we left Nui brought us to the waterfall before bringing us to the bus and she waited with us for an hour. We would go back for sure to be taken care of by Gerard and Nui! And there is so much to discover in this region of Thailand!

As part of a whistle-stop tour of Southern Thailand, I spent just one night at this delightful place - I wish that it had been more. A slept in a large comfortable bed in a clean well-appointed room. The breakfast was by the far the best of the trip. Great hosts! Well worth a visit.

We were not sure what to expect before we arrived, but decided to trust the strength of the reviews and that we really wanted to have an experience, not just a resort holiday.
From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and introduced to other guests in communal area.
Gerard and Nui are delightful hosts who really care for their guests and go way beyond the extra mile.
The room was basic but clean, tidy and comfortable enough. The location is very peaceful and beautiful. Bikes were available if wanted, but we enjoyed a good long walk.
Communal meals were delicious and food and drink were all very inexpensive, so there is no excuse for trying to cheat the honesty bar.

Beer and drinks are available and although there was no room fridge (in our room) there is a large fridge in the communal area where you can put your own stuff. Go there - you won't regret it!
