The room was basic but clean, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great. However, our room did not have a working hot water box for the shower.
My biggest complaint with the place is the noise. The staff stay up late into the night in the lobby playing music and talking loudly (until 1 or 2 am). Starting at about 6:30 am, the music starts playing again and there is loud banging/stomping coming from the lobby, hallway and whatever is on the second floor above the rooms. I would definitely not recommend staying here - you can get a much better place for your money.

the security hassling guests is my friends biggest complain about most koh phi phi hotels. but you can have whoever you want in your room as long as you're not noisy and bothering all the neighbors obviously. It feels like having your own apartment.
The only thing I'd change about the room is the fan wasn't powerful enough for any days above 30 degrees.

Stayed here for two nights.. we booked a room for three pax.. the room was good its just the beddings too hard and kinda old.. the aircondintioner works well..wifi too slow, the staffs from reception and spa are lovely and sweet but the old lady from their restaurant was very rude especially with asians.. location is very good..sure to stay here again..

We got very basic room. Twin bed with bathroom and mirror cabinet. It's just a small space in the room. Location is good, near with stairs to Phi Phi Viewpoint. It's quite far from the jetty, but its okay. This guesthouse offer you free breakfast at Harmony Restaurant.
There are so many services that this guesthouse provide like ferry ticket booking, island tour package, laundry service, internet cafe, and also they have their own restaurant. good enough for budget traveller.
