We stayed for 2 nights at Guest House Zohil. The location is fantastic. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to old town. There is free parking right outside the door, which is an amazing benefit. The room is new, clean and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the view from the deck is great. There was a thunder storm one of the nights we were there and it was fun to watch the storm from the deck. Also, the lady who owns the place is so kind and friendly. She even shared very tasty homemade baby shower cake with us one night.

this hotel was very nice, we had a beautiful view from the balcony, we could see the sea, the room was new and clean, the bathroom the same. The hostes was friendly. We had a free parking spot and free wi-fi. The city center wasn`t that far away, i think 10 min. walk, and the same to the beach.

It has a perfect proximity to the city centre. One of the best parts is that it is offering free parking which you will find very useful as the parking lots in the city centre are full most of the times and it is going to cost you to take your car there all the time. Being so close to the centre you can have a pleasant walk while you leave your car at the hotel. Mrs. Esther was extremely nice and she waited up for us although we arrived at midnight after a very long 13 hours drive. During our entire stay our room was regularly cleaned a fact which we are very grateful for as we were on the road all the time visiting Istria and neighbouring countries and it was very refreshing to find our room clean. The hotel is also very close to the seaside and it is a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and we would certainly recommend it. On the down side, the The Wi-fi signal was very poor in the last room on the ground floor. Also, since the Guest House Zohil has a very good position close to the sea side in a green area, this also means that insects are present. It wasn't a big deal, but one can take in all that fresh air at night if some mosquito nets are installed. These are only minor things that can easily be fixed and we will certainly return here if we take another vacation in Croatia.
