Stayed here in mid August. Convenient location near Arlington. Lobby is nice albeit a little dim. Check-in was easy and fast. Room was fine...total no frills, but that's what we wanted, a clean simple room. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean, but bring your own shampoo & soap because there is not much on hand in the room. Saw other reviews complain about outside noise and I have to agree. I actually got up out of bed once because I thought the window had to be open. Didn't check out pool or breakfast because it was closed due to covid. One beef with this place was the garage. Besides having to pay $22 (which I guess they all charge now), we had a cargo box on top of our car which cleared the bar at the entrance then smashed into to ceiling as soon as we entered and turned to go up the first ramp. Then, when we were leaving the garage, the gate came down on the back of our car because we did not pull out fast enough. I guess there was no sensor. Furthermore, the gate is not some padded bar, but rather a gutter leader tacked on without padding. If the plaza across the street allows overnight parking, then save the money & aggravation and go park over there. Bonus, 7-11 across the street sells beer although it wasn't exactly cold.
I've seen nicer more modern Courtyards, but this place wasn't bad & I would consider staying here again.

BeachBum0001, Thank you for your review. While it appears as though your overall stay was enjoyable, we are sorry to hear that you experienced some parking challenges. The clearance of our parking garage is limited to 7 feet as per the clearance signage at the garage entrance as well as our website. We do encourage all guests travelling in over-sized vehicles to call in advance so that we can utilize the limited number of over-sized parking spaces on the opposite side of the parking structure. Parking is very limited here in the DMV region, thus many of the local hotels do in fact charge for parking to prevent overcrowding. The shopping center across the street does not allow overnight parking and it is strictly enforced. Thank you for your feedback. Best regards.
